Drake’s PEG Encoder Series Drake’s PEG encoders optimize multi-point distribution for public, education, government, and sports applications. The PEG-NE24-IP is a stand-alone MPEG2 and H.264 digital encoder with a single digital SD/HD-SDI input. For applications requiring an analog input, the PEG-NE24-IP-C offers both Composite video and audio inputs as well as the single digital SD/HD-SDI input. Operators can now efficiently transport SD and HD video and audio PEG signals over existing hybrid fiber coax networks, eliminating the need for expensive dedicated links or bandwidth-hungry analog sub-band solutions.

Network Decoder with HD-SDI, HDMI and Component outputs The ND-24-IP is a low-cost professional MPEG-2 and H.264 decoder that is capable of receiving content from Off-Air, Clear QAM, and IP sources. The ND-24-IP is capable of outputting video content in HD-SDI, HDMI, and component formats. The unit features a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) for front panel setup and easy to use management controls through IR, RS-232 or IP web-based GUI. When paired with Drake’s PEG encoders (PEG-NE24-IP, and PEG-NE24-IP-C), it can provide a high quality end-to-end IP video delivery solution over management networks. The ND-24-IP supports both IGMPv2 and IGMPv3 protocols, which allows flexibility when configuring your IP network.
