Driver Guide For use with all Vode systems. This guide includes technical information to help you quickly choose a driver. Vode uses a variety of drivers to meet the requirements of each LED product. Drivers are selected and programmed depending on rail type, power requirements, dimming protocols and LED type. If a specific driver data sheet is required, please contact Vode or your Vode agent. Vode supplies 18 gauge multi-core wire harnesses for all driver to rail connections (except Vode ZipWave | 707). Vode does not approve the use of other wiring, doing so may void your warranty. All drivers provided are equiped with a luminaire quick disconnect on the line voltage power side. Vode Technical Support: (707) 996-9898 Vode does not supply dimming controls. To ensure compatibility please contact driver manufacturer or consult the Vode Dimmer Compatibility guide. Remote Driver Distance Button board™ vs. Zipper board™ Depending on driver type, remote drivers may be installed up to 72’ (21.25 m) from the fixture. Vode supplies a 25’ wire harness for installation when necessary, (longer leads are available. IMPORTANT: Do not exceed maximum allowable distance (see following pages for details). To calculate remote distance, add arm length (A) plus distance from arm to driver (B) Vode has two LED board types, Button and Zipper. Remote Driver Housing Dimensions: 24.5” (622 mm) X 1.9” (48 mm) X 1.9” (48 mm) Remote Driver Housing B Zipper board Low power LEDs with a 0.16” (4mm) pitch. A variety of optics are available for each system. A Tunable Output & Tunable Wattage If your lumen or power (W) requirements aren’t met by Standard Output, Vode can program the driver to adjust the lumen output and system wattage. Please contact Vode or your Vode agent for details. All drivers are universal 120v-277v with the exception of AH2: Lutron 2-wire, which is only available in 120v.
