EIA compliant 19” relay rack shall be Middle Atlantic Products model # DRR-44 with a 15” deep base and 44 rack units of vertical space. Rack shall be welded and include two 3-1/4” wide, 11-gauge steel vertical channels with 10-32 tapped mounting holes with marked rackspace increments to speed equipment mounting. Base shall be 3/8” thick steel and include one 1/4-20x1 grounding stud. Cable carrier shall be Middle Atlantic Products model # DRCC-44CAN, constructed of 16-gauge steel. DRCC-44CAN shall include solid steel hinged door with three-point magnetic closure. Cable management features shall include 4” wide opening for cable pass-through on front of cable carrier, fifty-three 3”H x 2.25”W cable pass-through points on sides and back, and thirty-six raised bridge lances for cable lacing. Cable carrier dimensions shall be 82.7”H x 6”D x 5”W. Telescoping cable chimney shall be Middle Atlantic Products model # DCC-T, constructed of 16-gauge steel. DCC-T shall be used with the DRCC-44CAN cable carrier and be fully adjustable in height from 23.97” to 35.97” with a cable passage opening of 6” x 5”. Cable pass-through features shall include one 4” x 4.9” removable plate on each side, a 3” x 3” opening on rear and a 3.75” x 5.75” front opening with lift up lid.
