Simplify for your work processes These sleek and elegant digital dictation machines are especially designed for dictation in small and medium‑sized enterprises ‑ putting the user in control to ensure nothing is missed. Up to 200 files can be saved in each of the five folders and an SDHC Card slot ensures ample storage capacity. Recordings are saved in the high‑quality DSSPro format and users have the choice of various recording modes including the extra‑high‑quality QP mode. A large backlit LCD assists operation and ensures easy navigation through the intuitive menus which are available in six languages. Files can be downloaded quickly and easily to a PC or Mac via Hi‑Speed USB and integrated in the office workflow thanks to the included DSS Player software. For dedicated transcription needs, Olympus also offers the optional AS‑2400 Transcription Kit which includes a footswitch and headset for hands‑free operation.
