DTS-RJ45 Ruggedised Shielded Connector The RJ45 connector has long been adopted for Local Area Networks in stable environments. With the increased use of COTS communication equipment in harsh environments there is a need for a ruggedised RJ45 connector. Based on proven military standard D38999 Series 3, the Deutsch DTS-RJ45 addresses this requirement with additional provision for grounding, cable support and environmental sealing. Pre-cabled connector assemblies are also available which eliminate termination errors and provide consistent reliability and performance levels.
