DVI Splitter Operation Manual CDVI-8 Introduction Cypress CDVI-8 is a high performance HDCP compliant DVI distribution amplifier. It allows one DVI or HDMI signal source to split up to eigh identical and buffered outputs for connecting to 8 DVI displays simutaneously. Features 1. Built-in EDID and HDCP bypass ensures each output to work independently. 2. When connecting to DVI display HDMI source and displays are compatible by using the HDMI to DVI adaptor cable. 3. Supports a wide range of PC and HDTV resolutions from VGA to UXGA and 480p to 1080p. 4. Can be cascaded up to 3 layers. 5. Each of the buffered output can run up to 15 meters. Sync LED: The LED will illuminate when the HDMI source signal is connected to the input and is detected by the unit. 3. DVI input: Connect to the DVI or HDMI output of your source equipment such as DVD player or PC graphic card. 4. DVI output 1: Connect to the digital input of your first display. 5. Power LED. 6.
