This will provide 20~30 minutes for flashlight or radio operation time, the 5~10 minutes for Siren operation time. CELL PHONE ADAPTER AND CABEL NOT INCLUDED You can also power an external device such as a cell phone (subject to device compatibility), (Not Included), Connect the device to the dynamo out jack and crank the dynamo. AC ADAPTOR (NOT INCLUDED) AC OUTLET Rechargeable Battery Note: Keep the AC Adaptor (Not Included) connected for about 12 hours to fully charge the rechargeable battery. DC 6V/200mA 3 AUXILIARY BATTERIES (NOT INCLUDED) 3 X "AA" Batteries for Back-up Replace the 3 “AA” batteries with new ones when the low battery indicator illuminates, the sound become unstable, or the clock display no longer functions. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel Cadmium) batteries. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Remove used batteries promptly. If product is left unused for a long time, please take out “AA” batteries from the product. 4 SETTING THE TIME Time Setting Before setting the time make sure the radio is switched to off position. 1. 2. 3. Press and hold the “TIME” button and while holding the “TIME” button press the “HOUR” button to set the correct hour making sure is set onto correct AM or PM time. Follow the above procedures to set minutes. Finally release the “TIME” button and time will be set to correct hours and minutes. - In the Radio on mode, press the “RADIO / CLOCK” button to alternate between radio frequency and clock display. Note: 5 SETTING THE ALARM TIME Alarm Setting Before setting the alarm, make sure the radio is switched to off position and “MODE” switch is slide to the “ALARM” position. 1. 2. 3. 4. Press and hold the “ALARM SET” button and while holding the “ALARM SET” button press the “HOUR” button to set the correct hour making sure is set on to correct AM or PM time. Follow the above procedures to set minutes. Release the “ALARM SET” button and display will return to normal time display. Finally press the “ALARM” button to activate the alarm and the alarm symbol will appear on the screen. Note: - When the alarm sounds press the “ALARM” button once to stop the alarm. The alarm will sound again same time next day. When the alarm sounds press the “ALARM” button twice to permanently deactivate the alarm. 6 WAKE TO RADIO ALARM CLOCK TURN TO THE DESIRED STATION SETTING SOUND LEVEL Setting the radio alarm 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. To wake up to the radio alarm, follow the above procedures to set the alarm time. Turn the radio on and select the desire band. Turn the “TUNNING” knob to desire station. Turn the “VOLUME” knob to desire sound level. Finally Slide the “MODE” switch to “AUTO” position and the radio will come on to the desired station when the alarm time is reached. Note: - When the radio turns on at a set alarm time, press the “ALARM” button to turn of the radio. To permanently deactivate the alarm, press the “ALARM” button once to turn off the alarm, slide the “MODE” switch to “ALARM” position and press the “ALARM” button. Remove the bulb by turning counter clockwise. Replace the LED light bulb with 3.6V/90mA.
