EFFORT REPORTING NEWS! December 2015 Recertification Checklist At this time, eFECS does not accommodate online recertifications. However, to assist departments in making manual adjustments on the paper recertification, eFECS does provide an updated view which reflects post certification changes such as OSETs, changes in cost share commitments and updated salary cap cost sharing. The "View FEC with post certification changes for recertification analysis" displays any changes that have been processed for the specific FEC period once an FEC has been certified online. This view can be used as a template to make changes for the paper recertification. If an FEC must be recertified, follow these preparation steps.
