To prevent any injuries or accidents, children and pets should be kept away from the chair.
UNPLUGthe power cord and keep hands dry, before doing any maintenance.
Users must stop and turn the power off Immediately, if they feel unwell or ill when using the chair.
Keep hands / feet away from all chair mechanisms.
Users with any of the following conditions MUST consult their physicians before using the chair: (1) People with heart disease. (2) Women with malignant tumors. (3) Women who are pregnant or menstruating (4) People with spinal abnormalities or curvature. (5) People who are under a doctors care (6) People with osteoporosis.
Note Whenever the chair is functioning abnormally, turn off the main power switch, and unplug. Call our service department immediately. DO NOT attempt to disassemble / repair the chair yourself.

DO NOT DO NOT have more than 1 person in the chair a time. The chair is not recommended for children under the age of 16. People weighing over 280 lbs utilizing the chair will void the warranty. DO NOT drink or eat during massage.
In order to protect the chair and extend its life-span, please carefully pay attention to the following instructions while using the chair.
1. This massage chair is designed for 60 minutes continuous use. Exceeding this time may result in the automatic shutdown of functions to protect the internal mechanisms of the chair. 2. It is not receommended that any person use the massage chair for longer than 30 minutes at any one time. 3. Do not leave the chair running when unattended. 4. Some functions may take up to 5 seconds to respond after the button has been selected. e.g. switching form a default program to a manual one. 5. DO NOT rest or place heavy objects on the armrest, footrest, or backrest as this may result in damage 6. If the chair is stored at temperatures below 40 degrees for a period of time it is recommended that you allow the chair to stand at room temperature for an hour before use. 7. It is recommended that you drink approximately 8oz of water after using the chair. This may improve blood circulation.
In order to protect the chair and not void your warranty, Please follow the instructions below:
Damage resulting from user attempts to disassemble the chair, or replace parts without our direction may void the warranty. 1. Storage Place the chair in a non-humid environment and cover it with cloth, to prevent dust and scratches to the upholstery. DO NOT expose the chair directly to the sun and DO NOT place the chair next to other electric appliances, this could cause upholstery to fade or crack.
2. Maintenance Always switch the power off and unplug before cleaning the chair. Apply a mild cleanser or leather cleanser to clean the chair, then polish with dry cloth. DO NOT clean the chair with cleansers containing alcohol like toluene, this could cause upholstery to fade, scratch or crack. DO NOT use heating devices like irons or hair dryers on the chair. DO NOT clean the upholstery in a washing machine or dryers this is will cause damage to the fabric. DO NOT drink fluids while using the chair, the warranty will be void if the fluid comes into contact with the electronics.
3. Remote Control Use only dry cloth to wipe the Remote Control, to avoid damaging the components. DO NOT pull, stretch or load weight onto the Remote Wire; DO NOT drop or allow the remote to fall between the cushions as the panel could be damaged and it will not be covered under warranty.

If the chair is performing abnormally, making noise or can't be operated, please unplug first and call our service department. STATUS
POSSIBLE REASON
Unable to adjust Roller Width
The Width can't be adjusted when Roller reaches above shoulder, due to the Shoulder Detection feature.
The chair can't be operated Remote control LCD show "ER" along with LED indicator.
Check if plugged firmly..
Chair Noise Friction noise from the back under Kneading or Dual Fuction Noise from the back while Tapping
Is the power on ? Ensure the Roller returns to home position, then restart the chair. Massage chair malfunction, please turn off main power (P9), wait 30 seconds & turn on continue use the chair, if "ER" shows again, please note the number, and call our service department.
These are normal sounds made from components. If noise is excessive call our service dept.
DO NOT use the chair if the Back Pad is flipped over or torn.

STEP 1
Setting up the Massage Chair
Remove the chair from carton box. 2 or more people are needed to lift up the chair, according to the holding areas shown in the diagram below.

Setting up the Massage Chair
When the massage chair is removed from the carton box, raise the backrest Raise the backrest to approx. 120o, until a "CLICK" Sound is "click" heard, to fix120 the backrest into position.

Setting up the Back Pad
Place the back pad at the position where the zipper is on the backrest and zip up. PLEASE NOTE - This is a very aggressive massage chair. Your chair will come with 3 supplemental foam inserts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you use all 3 when you first use your chair. Place the inserts in the pouch behind the back pad. The smaller one goes in the lower lumbar portion of your back.

STEP 4 : Setup Completed Connect the cords and turn on the power, then you are ready to experience a relaxed and healthy massage. If the chair does not respond after plugging in the power cord, please make sure the power switch is on, located at the left rear bottom of the chair. Caution: The front and rear of the chair must be cleared from obstructions in order to protect the chair from damage.

STEP 1 Step on the caster, and handle the chair with two hands on top of the Backrest.
STEP 2 Tilt the chair backwards so that it is resting on the two caster wheels, and then push the chair forward. Please handle with care when putting the chair back onto the floor, dropping the chair could cause damage.

Function Description Basic Functions Power (Start / Stop) Press this button to turn on/off the chair. The LCD shows "15" when the chair is on, and is standing by. When the chair is under operation, press this button to turn off the chair and return to its upright position.
Pause During operation, you can press the "pause" button to stop (engine, pump Pause and air bag); you may leave the chair temporarily.
Timer Timer
Press the button to set the massage time from 5 to 30 min. with 5-min. intervals. When in "Relax" program, you can add up to 99 minutes. NOTE: This function is applicable to all functions, i.e.: the 3 Defaulted P rograms.
Alarm
Alarm Upon reaching the last minute of the massage program, there will be a beeping sound. The icon on the remote control screen will continue to blink until the massage ends . Press the Alarm button to disable the function
Zero Gravity Position Adjustment Zero Gravity
Gently press "DOWN" to recline continuously to reach Zero Gravity position. When you find a comfortable position you can press any button to stop the recline. NOTE: DO NOT continue using this function twice within 5 minutes. NOTE: Zero Gravity functions even when remote is off. NOTE: DO NOT extend footrest until it is fully lifted.
BackrestUse the backrest adjustment buttons to fine tune the zero gravity position.
Function Description Default Programs The chair features 3 Default Programs, the built-in Computer chip will switch automatically and activate combinations of massage functions when any of the programs are selected.

Press on/off button to turn on the massage. Select WELL BEING (20 min) or HEALTHCARE (30 min), the chair activates shoulder detection to locate the acupuncture points of the user. After detection, massage is executed based on those points. During detection, width adjustment is not available with rolling and tapping functions. The programmed massage automatically adjusts the width and the speed of rollers for the user to reach the most comfortable massage. The program preset time is displayed via the LCD. The LCD displays the status and counts down the time. (See LCD features)

RELAX
Press on/off button to turn on the massage. The program preset time is 10-min., and is adjustable to 99-min by Timer. The LCD displays the status and the time left. In the first 3-min. massage, the program will automatically adjust the width and the speed of the rollers for user. After the first 3-min., the massage will stop completely for the user to take a nap or rest. The chair massages again to wake up the user in the last 3 min. of the program.(See LCD features) NOTE: While above Default Programs are in effect, all keys will be locked; except for the Power, Backrest / Foot-rest up, down and extension. Press the Program button again to de-activate. NOTEWhile above Programs are in effectuser may also activate the following functions: Foot Air MassageSee P16

Auto
Press the AUTO button to activate "Overall", "Partial", "Shoulder", "Back", "Waist", or "Fixed". Before massage, the chair activates shoulder detection to locate the acupuncture points of the user, and then begins a built-in massage program. Width is not adjustable at those points with "Rolling" and "Tapping". Massage wheels adjust width to "narrow" position automatically to reach the most comfortable massage. The program preset time is 15 min., and LCD screen will start count down and display functions while showing 15 min.The lighting LED indicates selected massage area. The chair performs built-in massage automatically on selected areas and adjusts width and speed. (See LCD features) Shoulder detection is not available when "Partial" or "Fixed" are selected.

Press KNEADING button to turn on/off this function. Press "Manual" button to massage selected areas, i.e. Shoulder, Back, waist, etc. Timer is adjustable from 5 min. to 30 min.

Press ROLLING button to turn on/off this function. To select specific areas to massage press the "MANUAL" button until the area you want is reached, indicated by the LED light. "FIXED" is not available in this mode. Timer is adjustable from 5 min. to 30 min.

Press TAPPING button to turn on/off tapping function. Select "Manual" to massage selected areas and "Width Adjustment" to adjust points. While massaging above shoulder, width adjusts to narrow automatically. Timer is adjustable from 5 min. to 30 min.
DUPLEX
Press DUPLEX button to turn on/off tapping/kneading function. Select "Manual" to massage selected areas. Pressing this button twice changes intesity. Timer is adjustable from 5 min. to 30 min.
DUPLEX
Inverse Kneading INVERSE KNEADING
Press INVERSE KNEADING button to turn on/off this function. Select "Manual" to massage selected areas. Timer is adjustable from 5 min. to 30 min.
Inverse Duplex INVERSE DUPLEX
Press INVERSE DUPLEX button to turn on/off this function. Select "Manual" to massage selected areas. Timer is adjustable from 5 min. to 30 min.
NOTE: When using TAPPING, KNEADING or DUAL ACTION, Roller Elevation is adjustable in 6 speeds by pressing the speed SPEED button. The speed will be displayed instead of the TIMER for approx. 3 seconds. NOTEWhen using above functions, you may select the following functions to be operated at the same time. The MANUAL button activates "Overall", "Partial", "Shoulder", "Back", "Waist", or "Fixed". The pre-set time is 15 min., and it is adjustable up to 30 min. The selected roller position is indicated by the 6 LED lamps on the Remote Control. User may select other functions to activate at the same time. "Fixed" is not available for the Rolling function.
Width Adjustment Width Adjustment for Tapping and Rolling. User may select wide, medium or narrow. This function is not available for Kneading, Dual, Auto Massage and Default Massage Programs.This adjustment of Narrow is not available when the rollers reaches upper shoulder. (See LCD features)

Intensity Control Press the button to adjust intensity of Tapping, Kneading and Dual. There are 6 different level of Intensity. Elevation speed can also be adjusted. The Intensity level is indicated on the LCD. The elevation speed is indicated where the time displays on the LCD. (See LCD features)
Roller Position - UPWARDS / DOWNWARDS POINTING
When using the Manual function, press and hold the button to adjust positions of roller upwards /downwards to desired position, and release the button. NOTE: Adjustments are not available for Default Programs and Auto Massage.
Air Massage Air Massage of Calf / Foot
Press Calf or Foot button to start air massage in the area. Double click to turn off the function.
Calf / Foot Programs Press the Calf or Foot button and select Calf / Foot massage program. There are three program levels available : Each press of the button will increment the program.
Footrest Extension
INSTRUCTION: 1.Apply gentle pressure to the footrest for a maximum of 4 in of flexibility. Users can adjust according to individual height for best effect. 2.DO NOT put hands in between Seat Pad and Footrest or under-neath.
