EN874 SKYMASTER PCI-E 1394A CONTROLLER CARD Introduction This PCI-Express IEEE 1394a Firewire controller card is designed based on the IEEE standard 1394-1995 and 1394a2000 specifications. It can provide data transfer rate up to 400Mbps therefore it is an ideal platform for connecting external high performance devices such as the external memory storages. It is also perfect for video/Audio capturing and editing. Furthermore, this controller card can be configured so that two or more computers to be connected together as a local area network via the IEEE 1394a connection.
