FRAME The front, back, legs and seat support are made of 1” [2.5cm] square 6063 aluminum tubing.
Upholstery and polyurethane foam are stapled to an injection molded polypropylene insert, which is attached to the chair back frame. Foam is .5” [1.3cm] thick on front of backrest and .25” [.6cm] thick on back of backrest.
Nickel-plated swivel glide to help prevent streaking or scratching on most floors.
Wire ganging is available. The gap between chair seat cushions when ganged is 3” [7.6cm] for wire ganging.
FRAME FINISH
Upholstery and 1.75” [4.5cm] thick foam are stapled to an injection molded polypropylene seat base. The seat and backrest attach to the frame through a series of integrated tabs and clips which allow the chair to be re-upholstered if required.

The stack bar is made of .625” (1.6cm) 6063 square aluminum tube and aids in uniformity of stacked chairs.
FormFlex™ seat base features concentric oval patterns designed to flex with the weight of the user (patented).
WARRANTY MityLite warrants Encore HD chair frames to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and handling for a period of twelve [12] years. MityLite warrants its chair fabric, foam, seat base and paint for a period of one [1] year from the date of purchase. Customer’s Own Material must meet MityLite standards. Upholstery is NOT warranted for outdoor use. STANDARDS Encore HD chairs meet or exceed all applicable tests from ANSI / BIFMA X 5.1 - 2002. All upholstery and foam meet or exceed California Bulletin 117. Optional Kevlar upholstery lining is available if California TB 133 compliance is required. SUSTAINABILITY Encore HD chairs are GREENGUARD Certified® and qualify for credits through LEED® and other sustainable building programs.
