HIPAA COMPLIANT Genialcloud Weblive Facsys is HIPAA Compliant and is guaranteed to meet your corporate IT security requirements. Not only are faxes secured and encrypted SIP faxes, they are only sent in real-time over T.38 lines. Faxes are transmitted directly to the end destination without the need to be routed to any third-party servers ensuring the highest level of security for your confidential documents. This also ensures there are no processing delays in sending your faxes. Users are now able to fax with same quality, reliability, and security as they always have, but at a bare minimum expense.

MINIMUM SERVER REQUIREMENTS For optimum performance, it is recommended that Genialcloud Weblive Facsys be operated on a dedicated physical or virtual server. Facsys should not be installed on the same server as a Microsoft Exchange Server as rendering attachments requires additional server CPU resources and memory, which will impact server performance. • • • • •
CPU: Pentium 4 (1.5GHz or better) RAM: 512MB to 2GB (when combined with SQL Server 2005) Disk Space: 20GB (additional space required for storing fax messages) Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server Database: Microsoft SQL
NOTE: Facsys can be deployed on a Microsoft Windows 2008 Server, but is subject to the availability of Microsoft Windows 2008 Server drivers for fax devices/FoIP software deployed along with Facsys. Currently Dialogic Brooktrout TR1034 and SR140 and Facsys FoIP have such drivers available.
