RESERVATIONS
Air castles, large barbecues, children’s play kits, utility trailers, generators, chafing dishes, wheelchairs, roll-away beds, popcorn and cotton candy machines are the only reservable items. All other items are rented on a first-come basis. Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance and must be made in person. A deposit equal to one days rental fee is required. Cancellations or re-scheduling must be made 7 working days prior to the event, otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
LENGTH OF ISSUE
Items can be rented for up to one month. Additional time may be added upon request. Payments must be made on a monthly basis. Each receipt will state the date the item is to be returned. To extend your rental, call or stop in and the staff will change the due date (not to exceed one month). All equipment is due back by 2pm on the day of return. Air castles, play kits and sports kits are to be returned by 11am on the listed date of return. AN EXTRA CHARGE OF $2 PER DAY ON TOP OF THE DAILY RENTAL FEE IS COMPUTED FOR ALL LATE EQUIPMENT.
PAYMENT
We accept US cash, check (personal checks will be accepted for exact amounts only), VISA, MasterCard and Service Club Cards. Payments MUST be made at the time of the return.
ELIGIBILITY
Equipment may be checked out by all active duty military personnel, their spouses, dependants 18 years or older with a valid ID card and all DOD civilian employees overseas. UK ID holders are not eligible to rent or purchase from the facility.
LOST OR DAMAGED EQUIPMENT
The customer is responsible for all equipment checked out from Equipment Rental. When item(s) are returned damaged, the customer will pay the TOTAL cost of repair and/or replacement. Payment will be required when the item(s) damage is assessed. When an item is lost or stolen the full cost of replacement will be levied. Payment agreements will be coordinated by the Facility Manager and through the First Sergeant/Commander. The rental fee is still payable.
GOVERNMENT EQUIPMENT
All equipment is either purchased using Appropriated Funds (APF) or Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) moneys making it property of the US Government.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Safety equipment (such as goggles) are available free of charge. On request safety operation instructions can be issued for all hazardous equipment. Safety tips for other equipment is located on the bulletin board and customers are encouraged to read all information posted prior to checking out equipment.

The Pedaler Bike Shop offers a wide selection of bicycles and accessories for sale. Catalog orders can be taken with a non-refundable deposit. The bike shop offers maintenance and repair service as well as FREE safety checks. Every bike comes with a free 30-day maintenance check and warranty on manufactured parts and service. Refunds for the Bike Shop and Music Store are gladly given up to seven days after purchase based on the item being unopened and receipt being present. No receipt, no refund. All music related items must be inspected by the concessionaire prior to refund being given.
VIDEO CONVERSIONS
We can convert your PAL or NTSC video tapes to either region 1 or region 2 DVD up to 4 hours recording time for $10.00
STORAGE UNITS
Storage units are available. Priced from $35 per month, various sizes offered. There may be a waiting list.
