DAMAGE CHARGE SHEET Students need to make an appointment to formally check out of housing prior to their leaving. Students who do not check out with a staff member will be charged a $100 improper check-out fee. Vacating residents are expected to leave rooms / apartments clean and damage-free by the assigned deadline. Residents are not charged for normal wear and tear. These charges are estimates and are subject to change, based on cost of materials or severity of damage/cleanliness. This list is not exhaustive or comprehensive, but is to be used as a general guideline.
