EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW Complimentary Dealer Demo and Customer Trial Service for Mazda Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Vehicles Mazda CPO Vehicles now come with complimentary Dealer Demo Service and a complimentary 3-month trial to the Sirius Select audio subscription package. ACTIVATING SERVICE DEALER DEMO SERVICE Mazda CPO Vehicles are eligible for 90 days of complimentary Dealer Demo Service. To activate the Demo Service, you must register the vehicle as a CPO unit. NOTE: Registration can take up to 48 hours to be processed and added to the SiriusXM system. After at least 48 hours, proceed with the following steps for Dealer Demo activation: 1 ACCESS SATELLITE RADIO Park the vehicle outside with an unobstructed view of the sky. Turn the radio on and access satellite radio by pressing the SAT button. 2 GET THE SATELLITE RADIO ID If there is a SAT button on your radio, hold down this button until the ESN displays. 3 OR  Call SiriusXM Dealer Support at 1-800-852-9696. Within the interactive voice response system: CONTACT SIRIUSXM • Log on to www.siriusxm.com/refresh • Say “Send Dealer Demo Signal” or press 1 • Enter the 12-digit ESN • Speak the 12-digit ESN and an activation signal will be sent to the vehicle • An activation signal will be sent to the vehicle 4 THAT’S IT The radio should receive the activation signal within approximately 15 minutes. The signal will be sent in short intervals during a 30-minute window. If the radio does not capture the signal and activate, the activation request must be resubmitted via STEP 3 above. Customers can add other channels and services at the time of subscription. Q W  hat Should I Do if I Discover a Radio in a Mazda CPO Vehicle That Is Not Receiving Satellite Radio? A If a Mazda CPO Vehicle on your showroom floor or lot is not receiving satellite radio, first confirm that the Dealer Demo Service has been activated. If it has not been activated for Dealer Demo Service, you must follow the Dealer Demo activation steps on the reverse side of this sheet.
