The Stanley eVideo Specialists download sample images from all cameras monthly or quarterly to verify quality and orientation. Stanley eVideo Specialists provide remote diagnostics of equipment significantly reducing downtime. When issues are identified, corrective action is taken. With eVideo Incident Retrieval, Stanley assists with major occurrence investigations that involve law enforcement authorities, including break-ins, robberies, assaults, etc., by retrieving incident images/video and generating archives for long-term storage. Following your schedule, our Stanley ProtectionNet specialists view and inspect your premises to ensure employee safety, normal business operations and no unauthorized access. This service allows you to reduce guard costs, deter criminal activity, reduce shrinkage and document events for evidence.
Prevent the sharing of alarm passcodes and ensure the safety of your employees as they arm/disarm your alarm system. With Open/Close Recording, the video image of the arming and disarming of the system is automatically stored in Stanley’s remote centralized server. With Open/Close Supervision, a live Stanley monitoring specialist will observe the arming and disarming of the system for an added level of security.
