EVMS AUDIO/VISUAL PRICING FOR EXTERNAL GROUP EVENTS Basic Audio System Package - $150 Daily use of house sound equipment including the fixed podium and microphone installed in most classrooms. In-room, dedicated audio engineer is not included, labor rates charged separately. Basic Audio/Visual System Package - $300 Daily use of venue projection system and house sound equipment installed in most classrooms, including the fixed podium/computer station with microphone and built-in screen(s). In-room, dedicated audio/visual engineer is not included, labor rates charged separately. Multi-Room Audio/Visual System Package - $500 Daily use of venue projection system and house sound equipment in two classrooms including the fixed podium/computer station with microphone and built-in screen(s). In-room, dedicated audio/visual engineer is not included, labor rates charged separately. Custom pricing is available for more than 2 classrooms. Portable Audio System Package - $150 For venues that do not have installed house sound equipment, a portable PA system can be delivered and set up. Includes 2 speakers, a mixer and a microphone with stand. A portable podium can also be ordered on the Inventory Request Form and is a separate charge. In room/dedicated audio engineer is not included, labor rates charged separately.
