Ventilation Fantech Whole House Ventilation Systems Air Exchanger Air Exchangers are simple, balanced ventilation systems that can be used for small homes less than 1,500 square feet, finished basements, home offices or bedroom suites. Air Exchangers work by bringing in outside air, mixing it with inside air and delivering a mixture of fresh outside air and re-circulated inside air to the home. At the same time indoor stale air is exhausted from the home.
