Customer Comments|the error light keeps coming on - I have checked for debris and made sure that it was charged. I have cleaned the filter before it even gets close to full. Battery is installed right.
Error light is a system warning indicator to warn user whenever there is abnormal condition occurred during unit operations. Please make sure the battery has made good contact with the charging terminals in the battery compartment. Pull the metal contacts a little bit outwards if necessary. There is also a yellow color sheet included to guide users on how to install battery in correct orientation. Remove the battery from vacuum for 10 mins to reset system, and then install battery and have it fully charged for 3 hours or more. Also, clean all the brushes, wheels and cliff sensors under the vacuum. If further assistance is needed, please send an email to

This product is a battery powered, entry-level robotic vacuum. In our experience, some users were trying to compare its vacuum power with high-end models (Roomba, Neato, etc), or even with traditional, upright vacuums. Therefore, they might have un-realistic high expectation for this low-end robot vacuum.
CleanMate QQ-2 Basic cleans well on hard wood, tile floors or low pile carpets. We have sold thousands of them on Amazon and other retail channels so far. As you can see from reviews, a majority of customers are satisfied with its performance. Most customers realize that this robot vacuum is not meant to have to replace the traditional upright vacuum.
