WEBASTO Feel Cool Fast ® MARINE AIRCONDITIONING LIMITED WARRANTY (WTNA CUSTOMER) Webasto warrants Webasto Feel Cool Fast Products manufactured or supplied by Webasto, subject to qualifications indicated. Webasto warrants these products for the period set forth below, to be free from defects in workmanship and material, provided such products are installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Webasto “Feel Cool Fast” written instructions. Terms and Conditions 1. The quality and operation of Webasto Feel Cool Fast products are warranted by Webasto for a period of (2) two years, beginning from the date of installation, and not to exceed (3) years from the date of invoice to the installer. The warranty period for Feel Cool Fast units installed by a vessel manufacturer as original equipment begins with the commissioning of the vessel to the customer. . 2. Service parts are warranted for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer. 3. This warranty is valid only for Feel Cool Fast products sold by and/or installed by Webasto Product personnel, Webasto Authorized Dealers or by a vessel manufacturer as original equipment. 4. Webasto Feel Cool Fast products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship when used under normal vessel working conditions and the warranty is valid only for all original components or service parts. 5. This warranty obligation is limited to repair and replacement. It does not cover: a) Incidental and or consequential damages. * b) Failure of the Feel Cool Fast equipment due to normal wear, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, lack of reasonable and necessary maintenance, alteration, civil disturbance, or act of God. 6. This limited warranty is extended only to the original owner and is not transferable. 7. Any repair work performed by a third person or company not specifically and previously authorized by Webasto will void this warranty and such work will not be reimbursed by Webasto. While warranty is provided to the “end-user”, it is to be administrated and serviced through an authorized Webasto dealer in accordance with the Webasto warranty policy or contractual agreement between Webasto and a second party. THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LAWS OF LOCAL JURISDICTION MAY PROVIDE LESSER OR GREATER RIGHTS. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary by County, State, or Province. * Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental and consequential damages so the listed limitation may not apply.
