Small turning circle, better handling The turning circle is 6% smaller, depending on track width and tyres, thanks to the steering angle, which has been increased to 58°. Every area of application requires its own 200. An important advantage of the FENDT specialty tractors lies in the extensive, tailor-made line of additional equipment, with which the 200 can be adapted perfectly to all individual requirements. 200 with safety frame All V- and P-models are available as a base model with fold-down safety frame, which is particularly important for low passages. Rear wheel drive version for 206/207 V and F A rear wheel drive version is also available for the 3-cylinder V and F. The tractors have a highly efficient four-wheel braking system. The front wheels have their own drum brakes. 6 Low portal position for the V-model for a 34 mm lower vehicle height A lower portal position is also available for all V-tractors. This reduces vehicle height by another 34 mm. If height is crucial: low roof version 16 cm lower A low roof version, which is 16 cm lower in overall height, is available as an option, if height is a deciding factor. These machines also have heating and ventilation, as in the standard version. With standard tyres, the V7 tractor has a vehicle height of 2.20 metres, the F and P-versions 2.26. Hose holder for hydraulic lines For applications with front-mounted implments, the V and F tractors have a hose holder for hydraulic lines on the right-hand side. This allows hydraulic lines to be run neatly, past the bonnet and to the implement. How the suspension works The front axle, which is pushed by the swing arm, detects uneven surfaces and transmits these findings to hydraulic cylinders. The displaced oil presses against the nitrogen reservoirs, where the shock loads are 15 dampened. Lateral support is provided by a stabiliser bar. The integral automatic level control with position sensor, offers constant suspension comfort independent of load. This saves fuel at higher power levels. High-quality injection technology for 15% more torque In-line injection pumps provide an injection pressure of up to 1000 bar. A new cylinder head with a steeper nozzle position and higher injection pressure together with turbocharging and increased engine capacity provides up to 15% more torque. The injection 17 pump is connected to the engine’s lubrication oil circuit and is therefore entirely maintenancefree. Quiet engine through well-designed sound insulation and encapsulation The gear drive, pistons, valve cover and cooling air layout are designed to maintain an especially low noise level. The overdrive shuttle transmission on the F-tractors is perfectly stepped. 8,1 Rear PTO From 5 to 40 km/h (35 km/h) using just one lever In addition to shifting logic, a deciding advantage of the Fendt transmission lies in its control layout. It allows the driver to drive using only the main gearshift lever, for example during haulage work at 5 to 40 km/h. Including the close-ratio gearbox, with three-way splitting for all working gears, there are therefore 12 forward speeds available in the PTO working range. 9,1 11,1 13,2 14,5 17,5 20,9 25 30 40 Fully synchromesh gearbox provides maximum efficiency. The results are better fuel economy and faster operating speeds while additional horsepower ensures effortless running in the field or on the road. The optimised Fendt overdrive transmission with convenient side gearshift lever, also available in the narrow V-version, unite advantages in efficiency with the pulling power of extra power engines. The increasing engine power allows you to drive in the same gear longer and to shift down later. The specialty tractors are fitted with 3 PTO speeds at the rear, 540/750 and 1000 rpm, and 1000 rpm in the front. All PTO speeds are conveniently taken from one PTO stub axle, without having to exchange the stub axle or move the drive shaft. The electrohydraulic engagement for the front and rear PTO shafts ensures a very high degree of operating comfort. Convenient side gearshift lever No inconvenient reaching for controls, all the important operating levers are located on the steering column or the right-hand side. 18 Electrohydraulic controls for better performance Electro-hydraulic controls for front and rear PTO The PTO shafts on the 200 models can be actuated electro-hydraulically with the touch of a button, which is conveniently located next to the EHR hitch control. This allows simultaneous actuation of the power lift and PTO shafts at the headland without having to reach for other controls. The 21/21 speed shuttle gearbox* Every gear between 1.4 and 40 km/h has identical forward and reverse speeds. When working with a rear fork lift, the driver can change driving direction quickly by using the F/R lever and clutch. Benefit: short turnaround times and fast manoeuvring. Super crawler gears* For specialty applications, an optional super crawler gear with 9 forward and 3 reverse speeds is available. 19 3-speed PTO A 1000 rpm PTO is available for implements with a high power requirement and 540 rpm and 750 rpm (economy PTO) speeds for the widely-used 540 rpm implements. 750 rpm economy PTO The 750 rpm speed is especially practical since it allows 540 rpm implements to be driven at 75% of the engine speed. That reduces fuel consumption. * Optional Maximum productivity with Fendt high-tech hydraulics Two standard-equipped double-acting proportional valves can be finely controlled with the crossgate lever, for example, for the control of vineyard cultivators. Thanks to the integral pushbutton and impulse socket, up to 4 da functions on the implement can be controlled. For the first time, the valves, the EHR hitch control as well as the swinging power lift are united in one operating and control concept. Two powerful pumps with a delivery capacity of 74 litres permit independent operation of the valves as well as the EHR hitch control in parallel operation. Now, for the first time, you can control and operate 6 valves and the power lift from one compact unit that has been designed for perfect ergonomics. Everything is arranged logically and compactly in the hydraulic centre on the right-hand side of the driver. This leaves more legroom for the driver. The valves have been moved to the outside, which results in a quieter working environment in the cab. 20 Im plement control via crossgate lever provides operating and cost benefits Up to 4 da functions on the implement can be controlled with the standard-equipped crossgate lever via an integral pushbutton and a new impulse socket. Two valves are operated with the crossgate lever, the other 4 individually. Every proportional valve can be controlled easily and its output can be regulated precisely with a flow controller. A pushbutton locks the valves to prevent unintentional actuation. Power is supplied by 2 geared load sensing pumps thatdeliver up to 74 l/min (47 + 27 l). 21 Independent circuits and up to 4 constant consumers For the first time, 6 valves, the EHR controls and the swinging power lift can be operated independently in parallel operation. A powerful hydraulic cooler ensures safe operations, even for the highest demands. Separate hydraulic and transmission oil circuits permit the use of specific types of oils that have longer change intervals. That saves operating costs. Hydraulically operated additional equipment can be exchanged without dirt getting into the transmission. Further advantage: suitable for bio-oils. Perfect mid-mounting area for economical implement combinations Efficent mid-mounting area Thanks to the large free space on the three and four-cylinder tractors, with widths up to 45 cm, implements can be guided optimally with excellent visibility. Four double-acting valves on the righthand and 2 valves on the left-hand side, together with return flow and cross connection, permit optimal control of high-level hydraulic combinations. You can operate time and cost-saving implement combinations in 3 mounting areas simultaneously. Advantage: maximum efficiency and excellent profitability. Three mounting areas, at the front, middle and rear, make the 200 specialty tractors well-suited for operations with economical implement combinations. Combinations not only save operating time and machine costs, but also increase working quality through fewer driving tracks and less soil compaction. Perfectly adapted implement mounting plate The implement mounting plate provides an additional mounting area between the axles. It is available as a factory-fitted extra. Impressive lift capacity and up to a 3.25 m lifting height document the performance of the Fendt front loader technology. Parallel linkage with hydraulic actuation for attachments automatically ensures the same position of the attachment over the entire lifting height. A quick-change frame makes effortless mounting of different attachments a matter of seconds. 22 Fendt front loader technology makes loading fun Crossgate lever The front loader can be controlled easily and precisely using just one lever. Two auxiliary control valves can be operated simultaneously with the crossgate lever. That means that during front loader work, the bucket can be actuated hydraulically while the front loader is being lifted. Additional attachments, such as a silage or bale grapple can be operated conveniently with the 3rd hydraulic circuit. All hydraulic connections can be coupled easily and quickly with just one hand movement. Further benefits: no contamination, minimised oil leakage and fool-proof connections. The compact dimensions of the 200 tractors make them ideal for front loader work in tight spaces. Every front loader offers the safety that comes from the fact that these front loaders are especially developed for and carefully adapted to the 200 range by Fendt. Through the stepless tilt and horizontal control of the power lift from the driver seat, the V and F-tractors offer important benefits when working with a ripper, plough or fork lift. Additional functions, such as swing and lock, can be controlled with the new comfort controls using the membrane keypad. Tilt control You can adapt the fork lift or mulcher to the existing slope using 2 cylinders. Important detail: floating position or locking in any position. Practical advantage: The ground is worked evenly and the fork lift can be operated independent of tractor position. Lateral control Lateral control allows implements to be guided precisely within the row. You can control the lateral and tilt adjustment, including the additional swing and lock functions using the clearly-arranged keypad. You can monitor the set tilt with the tilt control indicator in the cab, which is conveniently located next to the EHR hitch controls. 25 Manoeuvrability on the tightest tracks Small turning circle, excellent handling The turning circle of the 200 is 6% smaller than the already good turning circle of its predecessor, depending on track width and tyres. You will notice this immediately at the end of the row, where you can quickly switch to the row after the next without having to turn around. The secret of the exceptional manoeuvrability lies in the combination of the wasp-waist design of the tractor body and the 58 degree steering angle. Maximum traction and climbing capability The secret lies in the swinging power lift (V/F-tractors) and the tractive point that lies in front of the rear axle. The more pulling power that is required, the more the weight is shifted to the front axle. In conjunction with the intelligent 4WD and differential lock technology this means high traction and climbing capability, as well as less soil compaction through reduced wheel slipping. The high-quality axle design unites exceptional manoevrability and exemplary robustness with excellent handling. A 58° steering angle, wasp-waist design, 3° castor angle and the robust planetary final drives with excellent payload capacity, form the basis for high performance. You will notice this immediately at the end of the row, where you can quickly switch to the row after the next without having to turn around. High-quality four-wheel drive axle The fully loadable four-wheel drive axle has a 3° castor angle, double universal joints and an especially robust planetary final drive. This gives the 200 tractors particularly good straightahead driving and stable handling. The 8 degree swing angle, with front axle suspension even 10 degrees, permits excellent adaptation to terrain and safe traction. The 4WD and differential locks are perfectly adapted to different ground conditions and are engaged and disengaged depending on steering angle and speed. The locks always release immediately when the tractor is turned off, contrary to conventional dog clutches, which do not release under tension. In the P-tractor, a tried and proven Locomatic selflocking differential is used in the front axle. If you switch off the engine on a slope while the 4WD and differential locks are activated, these functions are automatically fully reactivated later, when the tractor is restarted.
