FIBER OPTIC DOME CLOSURES OZKS 160 Fiber optic dome closures OZKS 160 are universal enclosures for fiber optic underground duct, buried and aerial ADSS cables, for all kinds of telecommunication networks. The closure protects fiber connection points from environmental influence and gives possibility to control the optical fibers. The base and dome is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Heatshrinkable and mechanical sealing system are applied . Closures may be equipped with pressure control valve or external grounding clamp. The offer comprise three main dome closure types with outfit: OZKS 160N - closure up to 144 splices; OZKS 160NK - closure do up to 72 splices; OZKS 160ND – distribution closure up to 72 splices and 24 FO connectors;
OZKS160 closures may be used in environments category S (Subterranean environment), A (Aerial environment) and G (Ground environment) according to IEC 61753-1 (underground, aerial and other ground installations). OZKS160 closures have Ministry of Telecommunication Certificate as well as Certificate of conformity with Polish Telecom internal standard ZN-96/TP S.A.-009. Marking

Closure OZKS 160N
Closure head base incorporates three round entry ports for cables of diameters 18 mm and oval port for two cables of diameters up to 20 mm. Heat-shrinkable and mechanical cable entry port sealing and closure head main sealing are applied. Internal chassis made of painted steel provide foundations for fixing cables, fiber optic trays and excess tubes of fiber optic cables (including uncut cables coming through oval entry port). Chassis gives possibility to fasten three splice tray KSP 24, each of capacity from 24 heat shrinkable or mechanical splices (diameter from 2.4 to 3 mm) to 48 fused splices (diameter 2.4 ± 0,2 mm).Organizer trays allow to instal fiber optic passive devices and fiber ribbons. Organizer trays, sealing kits and other auxiliary outfit shall be ordered according to user needs. Dimensions: length 635mm, diameter 160mm. Closure OZKS160NK

Distribution closure OZKS 160ND Distribution closure OZKS 160ND based on the chassis of the closure OZKS 160N with support for organizer trays KSP 12 and with additional sliding support for 24 adapters SC-E2000-LC Duplex or 16 adapters FC-ST. Up to three organizer trays KSP12, each of capacity of 12 fused splices (of diameter from 2.4 to 3 mm) or mechanical splices and 24 fused splices (of diameter 2.4 ± 0,2 mm) may be fastened to main frame of the closure.
