Fifty States Flash Cards Instructions 1) Cut out each state, but do not cut in between the picture of the state and its name (that's where you'll fold it over). 2) Fold each state over so that the name of the state and its capital are on the other side from the picture. 3) Tape or glue each flash card together. These United States of America flash cards can be used to practice the names and capitals of each of the fifty states in the union.
