[email protected] Students will need to access a video camera (any format, the Media Center has two mini dv camcorders) or 16mm camera for assignments. The Media Center has (1) Adobe Premiere editing suite, and room 194 has (7) Adobe Premiere Pro editing suite. Mitchell 353 has both Final Cut Pro on their PC’s and MAC editing suites. Grading will be based on the following: 60% for student film, 10% for student presentation of film analysis, 10 % for attendance, 10% for 10 second SARUP piece, and 10 % for in camera edit piece, and five required production scheduled times met. For consideration of an “A” in the class, these must be met! In order to cover the material set for this semester's course, we are suggesting a series of films for you to preview on your own time. All films should be available on VHS or DVD. 2. Constructing the Moving Image 60% Individuals or teams of two-three students will form to create pieces of moving images produced in Film, Video, Animation, or Computer Animation. All pieces must be converted to DVD for Film Showing on Dec 5th at Friday Afternoon Live in Room 170 AUP to an audience of Film and Architecture students.
