They are compliant with the QSFP28 MSA1, IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR42 and OTU4 4I19D1F requirements specified in ITU-T Recommendations G.959.1/G.709 and Supplement 39 (G.sup39). Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA and Finisar Application Note AN-21525. The transceiver is RoHS-6 compliant per Directive 2011/65/EC4 and Finisar Application Note AN-20385.
