A tradition of warmth and comfort British design and engineering at their best Welcome to the new Fireline Stove Brochure An introduction to Fireline Stoves from Peter Mintoft, Technical Director... FP and FX Stoves Key Features I am very pleased to introduce you to the latest Fireline Stove brochure. As the designer of all our FX & FP stoves, it is personally very satisfying for me to see the range going from strength to strength. There has been huge change in the fireplace market since I began work in the domestic Heating & Fireplace industry 24 years ago, the last 11 years of which have been gradually focusing more on wood burning stove developments. • 5mm and 8mm laser profiled and seam welded construction for strength and long life Having been born and bred in the West Midlands, it gives me great pleasure to be working in the midst of British industry, designing wood burning and multi-fuel stoves specifically for the UK household. Our company’s base here in Telford is only a stone’s throw from the birthplace of the industrial revolution where the very beginnings of modern industry were forged. Fireline wood burning and multi-fuel stoves provide heating with patent pending advanced firebox and combustion technology developed exclusively in our Telford laboratory, which results in our cleanest burning, most efficient stoves yet. Our wood burning stoves begin at 78% efficiency - where some other products peak - and rise to 81.5%. Our combustion technology is developed to harness the unique Fireline designed air-wash as an integral part of the system and not just an add-on like some older designs of stove. The end result is a cleaner heat, cleaner home, cleaner flue and a cleaner, greener environment. Unlike some, we test, develop and evaluate performance at low air settings as well as high, which ensures that our stoves perform with the very best. A growing number of Fireline wood burning stoves are achieving DEFRA exemption for smokeless zones, something of a formality for us when clean burning is designed and developed into the products from conception. This performance is the result of constant investment in research and development. Fireline only produces products using 100% British 3D CAD designs and exacting assembly standards and cast iron, stainless steel, mild steel, ceramic glass and high-grade heat resistant coatings. Manufactured using the latest CNC laser profiling and press-brake technology together with seam welding and traditional iron founding techniques, Fireline stoves are designed and manufactured to comply with CE Standards EN13240 and EN13229. Wood burning using a modern Fireline high performance stove is not only environmentally responsible but the powerful heating effect combined with the warm ambience of the flame pictures from our very large air washed glass panels simply cannot be beaten. Fireline stoves are designed and engineered to be extremely efficient and environmentally friendly. In order to get the full potential from our stoves, we recommend using top quality fuel. For environmentally responsible production coupled with reliable and consistent high quality we recommend kiln dried firewood by Certainly Wood. Continuous research and development have created a clean burning heat that gives a cleaner, greener environment. Fitting virtually any aperture, this attractive design is freestanding, with a choice of either a square or curved door, offering a superb flame ‘picture’, whether you are burning wood or solid fuel. FX4 curved door model 3 5kW freestanding stoves FP5 square door model shown in limestone Balmoral mantel with black granite chamber and hearth FX5 & FP5 multi-fuel stoves Traditional or contemporary, these new 5kw multi-fuel stoves look as harmonious in a farmhouse inglenook as they will in a newly built town house. Both stoves are freestanding with either a curved or square door and large flame picture. For people living in a smoke controlled area, these Fireline stoves are DEFRA exempt for wood burning, which means they meet the latest UK Clean Air Act, giving a greener source of heat. Ideally suited for larger rooms, these stoves can pump out a really serious amount of heat. Both stoves have exactly the same specifications, except for the door design, where you have a choice of either a square or a curved door feature. Whichever one you choose, the extra wide flame picture will enhance even the biggest room. FP8 square door model shown 6 Inset wood burning stoves FPi5 Inset Stove in limestone Katia with black granite hearth and back panel FPi5 Inset Stove in limestone Beckford mantel with black granite hearth and back panel FPi5 wood burning stoves Create a stunning impression in your living room and enjoy the pleasure of a real wood burning stove. Today’s stoves burn wood efficiently and cleanly, providing maximum heat and a focal point in any home. The 16" x 22" FPi5 has been designed to fit virtually any standard class I chimney. This means fitting should be easy, with little building work required. This fire is DEFRA exempt for burning wood in smoke controlled areas. When married with a Fireline limestone mantel, like the Stokesay, illustrated above, the effect can be truly stunning. FPi5 Inset Stove with 4-sided trim 7 Inset wood burning stoves FPi8 Inset Stove in limestone Radnor mantel with black granite hearth and back panel FPi8 wood burning stove A classical, yet contemporary design, the FPi8 features a truly stunning, wide flame window, which gives this model a room presence like no other wood-burning stove. The extra large fire chamber will take logs over ½ metre in length, which results in a longer burn and more efficient heat, not to mention the time saved in cutting small logs. It’s available with a choice of a 3 or 4-sided trim (see insert) and when married with one of our limestone mantels like the Radnor, illustrated above, the effect is a real show stopper. FPi8 Inset Stove with 4-sided trim 8 FT4 Inset Stove FT4 inset stove shown in limestone Stonehenge mantel with limestone hearth and back panel FT4 Inset Stove The FT4 Stove effectively combines the efficiency of a wood burning stove with the neat simplicity of an inset fire. By adding the FT4 to an existing solid fuel fireplace, efficiency will be instantly improved from typically less than 20% to in excess of 80%, giving a massive increase in economy on fuel and much greater output. In addition to the superior performance normally given by an inset stove, this appliance has a built in concealed convection chamber, further enhancing its performance. It comes complete with secondary air controls and air wash to improve the view of the fire. 9 Dimensions and specifications FX5 & FP5 FP5 shown 95 FX4 & FP4 FX4 shown D1 30 338 134 522 279 50 50 221 41 404 310 366 365 FPi5 FX8 & FP8 FX8 shown FX/FP Range multi-fuel stoves Model Fuel: Flue: Flue Diameter: Finish: Appliance gross weight (Kg): Efficiency (%) wood fuel/solid fuel: Declared nominal output (kW) Tested refuelling interval (h): Flue gas mass flow: (g/s): *Flue Temp: (Deg C): Max Log Length: FX/FP 4 Solid fuel or wood Top & Rear 127mm (5”) Matt Black 54 78/82.4** 4/4** 0.75/2.0** 3.9/2.7** 235 300mm 12” FT Range FX/FP 5 Solid fuel or wood Top & Rear 127mm (5”) Matt Black 69.5 81.5/82.1** 5/5** 1.5/2.0** 3.5/2.8** 250 300mm 12” *under nominal heat output **with optional solid fuel kit fitted 10 FPi 5 Wood Top (inset) 152mm (6”) Matt Black 64.5 80.3 5 1 3.9 261 300mm 12" FX/FP 8 Solid fuel or wood Top & Rear 152mm (6”) Matt Black 81 78.6/81** 7.6/8** 1/2.0** 5.8/4.0** 302 375mm 14.5” FPi 8 Wood Top (inset) 152mm (6”) Matt Black 90 78.1 8 1 6.4 291 540mm 21.25" FT4i Solid fuel or wood Open to chimney 152mm (6”) Matt Black 82 80.9 4.3 1 3.4 216 205mm 12” Relax to the crackle of burning wood and the flicker of real flames FT4 Inset Stove FPi8 Stove Packages Stove Packages Aylesbury Stove Package (Shown on page 5) Balmoral Stove Package (Shown on pages 3 & 4) Beckford Inset Stove Package (Shown on page 7) Boscombe Stove Package (Shown on pages 6) Cotswold Arch Stove Package (Shown on page 5) Katia Inset Stove Package (Shown on page 7) Radnor Inset Stove Package (Shown on page 8) A 1160 1110 1060 1118 1060 985 1070 B 1370 1320 1220 1320 1345 1220 1250 C 1370 1320 1220 1320 1345 1120 1370 D 410 378 410 410 380 380 400 E 220 215 150 180 180 200 165 F 837 830 766 820 790 570 775 G 810 900 766 740 750 415 770 H 900 955 n/a 800 810 n/a n/a I 850 915 n/a 850 840 n/a n/a J 362 378 n/a 443 428 n/a n/a 11 Designed and produced by 3sixty Creative Marketing Solutions 01384 355930.
