1 Introduction RX-HIC is an embedded firmware running on LM Technologies Bluetooth LM740 modules which are based on BlueCore® 5-MM processor from CSR®. It implements the Bluetooth profiles stack include the A2DP, AVRCP, HFP and HSP. The host interface to RX-HIC firmware is done through the PIO interfaces. The host processor can control RX-HIC by using push button which controls the PIO lines.
