We built our first fitness product in 1983, with the simple goal of giving our customers the highest quality equipment to help them achieve their fitness goals. We also understand that an out of order sign on equipment leaves people with a bad impression on your brand and ours. We have one of the best warranties in the industry because we have been building fitness products for over thirty years. It’s that manufacturing experience that gives us the understanding of what happens to fitness products not just after two years or five years, but ten to fifteen to twenty years. Quite often, we still hear from satisfied customers who have been using their Spirit Fitness products for decades.
We combine the highest quality components with years of engineering experience and then assemble them in our own ISO 9001 factories (International Organization for Standardization).

e•Glide TRAINER
A Great Indoor Workout
CG800 e•Glide Trainer
Our passion is innovation. It’s that product creativity that improves our customer’s experience. We challenged our engineers and designers to create a completely new workout experience. We analyzed all of the different products and fitness trends in the market, along with what was most engaging to the user. In that research, we came across the continuing popularity of indoor cycling. We noticed how smooth the cycling motion was, along with how the user could quickly increase the RPMs, and their heart rate, yet stay fluid and comfortable. The challenge for our team was how to take this concept and create a full-body workout. We teamed up with Tevia CelliRecht a renowned indoor cycling instructor and created the CG800 Commercial e•Glide, designed to work with indoor cycling classes. The response from users has been overwhelmingly positive. They speak of a “floating” feeling they get from our patent-pending Direct Drive System. We also noticed that the motion of the e•Glide eliminates the uncomfortable bobbing up and down typical of so many standard elliptical trainers at high RPM’s.

Our exclusive patented Direct Drive System offers the smoothest most fluid motion on the market. The flywheel mounts on the same drive axle as the cranks and is directly driven by the pedals through our exclusive transmission system. This allows the inertia of the flywheel to be constantly connected to the pedals, which provides the smoothest feel possible in both forward and reverse pedaling directions. The combination of our Direct Drive System, along with balancing the precise weight of our pedal arms, dual-action handlebars, foot pedal angle, and stride length, offers the perfect formula to assure the smoothest workout motion. This motion creates what we call the “floating” effect. Once you reach a certain RPM, you start to “float” and that sensation is what the CG800 is all about.
We designed the CB900 Indoor Cycle to complement the CG800 e•Glide. Combine these two units in your indoor class and you will keep your clients motivated and excited about using a great indoor cycle one day and the full body workout of e•Glide the next. The CB900 is a perfect addition to a club, corporate fitness/recreation center, school or hotel because it’s stout design will withstand hours of consistent use. The needle bearings that encompass the pedals and flywheel axle, industrial grade Hutchinson PK Poly-V® belt, and our three piece crank work synergistically to create the perfect formula for durability and performance. The adjustments of the handlebars and seat along with SPD dual pedal design, and easy-to-adjust handles provide a comfortable fit for any size rider.
CB900 Indoor Cycle
There are many key components responsible for optimum performance of an indoor cycle. The drive belt, pulley size and material, bottom bracket cartridge, gear ratio and three piece crank have been carefully chosen on the CB900 to assure optimal performance and durability. These components, along with an ergonomically correct frame design and full fore/aft adjustability, combine to make the perfect indoor cycle for your facility.

The Perfect Complement to the CG800 e•Glide
The premium ISIS bottom bracket cartridge features ten splines that ensure greater surface area contact, a sturdier connection, and less maintenance than a traditional square joint. This bottom bracket cartridge is used on high-end bicycles. These attributes ensure top performance for the life of the product.

The Perfect Combination
Spirit Fitness offers two high quality treadmills for the commercial market. If you have a lower traffic facility, the XT685 is the perfect combination of an easy to use quality treadmill at an affordable price. However, if you are needing a more robust and stout treadmill for higher usage facility, the CT800 is the perfect treadmill. The extra large 22” x 60” workout area along with a double sided hard wax deck and 4.0 hp H/insulation motor will give your clients plenty of workout space and power. The fully programmed easy-touse console will keep them motivated mile after mile.

Keeping It Cool
One thing that will cause service issues on a treadmill or any other electronic device is heat. It is critical that the drive motor, elevation motor, and electronics under the motor cover be kept cool. Our engineers have developed an airflow system that promotes air circulation around the motor and electronics. This system, along with the dual fans located under the motor cover, assure that Spirit treadmills run cooler and will continue running for years.

Using the CT800 is as easy as pressing Start. Your clients are now on their way to achieving their goals. The console features motivational programming from Heart Rate to a Fit Test program using the Gerkin Protocol. Your clients will have all the critical feedback including speed, time, incline, distance, heart rate and a bar graph showing the current percentage of projected max heart rate. There is also plenty of space for a water bottle, cell phone and MP3 player and a reading rack for magazines or tablets. The ergonomically positioned heart rate hand grips make it easy for your clients to quickly check their heart rate. There is even a fan to keep your clients comfortable during their workout.

From the moment your clients sit on one of the Spirit Fitness bikes, they will notice that every detail has been taken to assure them a comfortable ride. Our easy entry, walk-thru design of the XBR95 and CR800 semi-recumbent bikes to the low step-up of the CU800 make it easy for your clients to use the Spirit Fitness bikes. The balanced pedals are always in the proper position and our easy adjust seats make for a quick custom fit.

Make the Move
The CR800 Semi-Recumbent Bike, CU800 Upright Bike, and CE800 Elliptical trainer all utilize the same easy-to-use console. This allows your clients the ability to change machines without needing to learn how a new console works. The console has a one touch start or an array of programs and levels to keep your clients motivated everyday. The console features storage for their cell phone, keys, MP3 player. The integrated fan will keep the user cool. You will also notice the built-in heart rate graph bar from our CT800 treadmill. The more familiar your clients are with the equipment, the more likely they are to use various pieces, which we all know keeps them interested and more likely to achieve their goals.
Some Fitness companies talk about the weight of their flywheel as though it were the most important part of the fitness bike. But a heavy flywheel can actually make it more difficult to use due to higher pedaling resistance at the lowest levels. Instead, we focus on the kinetic energy at the pedal. Taking into account the optimal flywheel weight, pulley diameters, belt length, and belt tension, we have developed the perfect formula to assure a smooth start and finish during each pedal motion. Your client will enjoy the easy start load and smooth pedaling motion throughout their workout.

CE800 ELLIPTICAL TRAINER
Built for the Long Run
The CE800 is the perfect balance of a high quality elliptical trainer that is easy for your clients to use. The 20” stride length with comfortable dual action handlebar grips and ergonomically positioned heart rate grips make for a comfortable workout. It is selfgenerating like our bikes, so you can place it anywhere in your facility. The heavy duty steel frame has a durable powder coated paint finish that will look good for years.
