Packaging: Our standard pallet and wrap charge is $7.50 per pallet Freight: All shipments will be made common carrier of your choice. If you do not designate a carrier, our Traffic Manager will ship best way. UPS® Ground shipments that require additional outer packaging and will be charged an additional $6.00 per cpackage. Any special services charges will also be added. Returned Shipments: All of the requirements listed below must be satisfied BEFORE any returned merchandise will be accepted for credit. 1. Have prior authorization 2. Ship returned freight prepaid 3. Provide original cartons 4. Have product for less than 6 months Credit: Credit will be issued following inspection of product conditions at our dock. A re-stocking charge of 25% will be deducted from any credit given. If product was defective or was miss-shipped by our error, we will gladly replace the product at no charge to you or provide a full credit. 37 LABELING Labeling Stock Labels: There is no charge for imprinting the name, address and phone number of your company on our standard stock labels. Private Labeling: Logo and design artwork changes are available at the following rate: Paper Labels: $35.00/Product/Package Size New Product Development We are happy to develop new products. Label design charges will apply as noted above. Additionally, minimum order requirements are as follows: 20 cases - quarts 14 cases - gallons 11 pails - 5 gallon pails Federal Regulation and Label Registrations: All disinfectants and herbicides are registered with the Environmental Protection Agency of the Federal Government. The products may be sub-registered for private labeling when sufficient quantities are ordered.
