FM Update For customer support/technical assistance call 573-422-3353 or send a fax to 800-248-1433. Be sure to include which program you need assistance with, your name, and phone number. 1. Download location: www.lemco.net/dload/load/update/CD_Update.zip 2. Before loading the update, be sure to make a backup from the Accounting or Payroll "Copy Disk" menu. 3. Make sure all users are out of all Chalkable Accounting/Payroll/Purchase Order and Time Clock programs. 4. After downloading the zipped file, you will need to unzip it and save the contents to an empty Zip disk/Flash-drive or burn the contents to a CD. The unzipped contents MUST be the only files on the Zip, Flash-drive, or CD. 5. In Accounting, select Utilities – Load Latest Programs – From Disk. Type in the Drive Letter and select Ok to begin the update. 6. Once the update is complete, click on the Ok button at the bottom of the Update screen. You should return to the Accounting menu.
