Description for stores After your app has been finalized, we will upload it to relevant app stores (Apple iTunes, Android Market, BlackBerry App World and Nokia Ovi Store). For the stores we need an English description of your radio app. Example: Jazz FM is a digital radio station from the UK that broadcasts on DAB Digital Radio, Sky Digital 0202, Freesat 729, online at www.jazzfm.com and now on the iPhone and iPod Touch through the Jazz FM app.

METADATA/ALBUM ART Metadata The apps are able to display metadata embedded in the the stream (Format: Title - Artist). If the stream does not send any information with it, the app shows 'Now Playing: (channel name)’.
If your stream does not have metadata with artist and title info and you want to display them info in your app, you can send us an XML Url with artist and title info. Please notice that the XML Url must be in the same format as the one for Album Art (see below)
Album art The App displays album cover art pictures while the song is playing. Album art is available on platforms:

Every time the song changes, the radio app downloads an XML file. If you have the pictures available from a service and would like to show them in the app, please send us the XML url: http://resource.ffh.de/digital/ getCurrentSongXML.php?dbonair=ffhalternativeonair
where "http://resource.ffh.de/digital/ getCurrentSongXML.php?dbonair=ffhalternativeonair" is the address, where the player downloads the pictures and shows it as album cover.

WEB PAGES DESIGN General instructions The player functionalities link to web pages hosted on your server, and that of course can be edited by you anytime. You may publish content such as email, telephone numbers and external links. Besides the player development we provide you free of charge a webkit with optimised HTML templates, which allow you to design the content according the app design guidelines.

Mobile The html templates are optimized for the small mobile screen. Inside both the template folders "Info" and "Feedback" there is an index.html file that you or your technician can customize to your radio station with any html or text editor. Afterwards just upload all the folders with an FTP Program to the path http://www. (xxyourradiostationxx).com/mobile/iphone/ and you will automatically get the URLs for the feedback and info page that we need inside the app. For Pro players you need to prepare the extra buttons (traffic, weather, playlist etc.) the same way as the Info and Feedback sites. - webpages test: to test your template pages before publishing them, we suggest to use the Safari browser (available also for Windows: www.apple.com/safari/download ): simply open the pages in the browser and resize them according to the iPhone display. - trademark: please also note that your logos or websites cannot include any Apple trademarks (e.g. white Apple headphones, iTunes logos etc.)
