For light mounting procedures refer to information supplied with Welch Allyn 48400 or 48600 light package. EQUIPMENT ALERT Midmark supplies four additional #8-32 x 1/2” screws, lockwashers and nuts for mounting Welch Allyn light bracket to Midmark table bracket. Do not discard them. MA459400 A. Remove two top drawers on foot end of table. B. Pull footrest out to full extension. C. Raise and support seat section. Mark reference line 1 5/8” (4.13 cm) from foot end of table on patient’s left front support panel. B. Drill four 7/32” holes at location marks. B. Install 9A180 bracket using four #10-24 x 3/8” screws, starwashers and nuts. A. Drill four 7/32” holes at location marks. B. NOTE When mounting the Welch Allyn universal light bracket (not supplied with this kit) the larger space between the bracket screw holes and the edge on the universal bracket must be positioned upward. The large holes in the mounting bracket should be over the spot welds on the upper wrap assembly. A. Position mounting bracket on patient’s left front support panel so top edge of bracket is even with top edge of upper wrap and bracket’s top left corner against seat support. B.
