Let us make your event an occasion to remember FUNCTION ROOM HIRE The Cape Room $350 Warm and inviting with elegant décor and feature Jarrah tables the Cape Room is perfect for small intimate events SEATING CAPACITY Seated Set Menu Function up to 48 people Seated Buffet Function up to 40 people Cocktail Function up to 60 people The Bay Room $400 Directly adjoining the bar and restaurant this room can be closed for exclusive use. With access to the Beachside Bar and leading directly to the Garden Terrace this is the ideal “party room” SEATING CAPACITY Seated Set Menu Function up to 48 people Seated Buffet Function up to 40 people Cocktail Function up to 60 people Combined Cape Room and Bay Room For larger groups the Cape and the Bay rooms can be opened to create one large room. The function confirmation form must be signed and returned to STILTS. Room Hire Room hire prices are laid out in this package and are applicable to functions held within our normal trading hours. If access is required to the function rooms outside these hours additional fees may apply. Menu & Beverage Selections All arrangements must be finalized one week prior to the date of the function. Our function coordinator will contact you prior to this date advising what information is required. (Please note that menus and prices are subject to change) Final Numbers It is essential that numbers be confirmed with our functions coordinator no later than 48 hours prior to any function. The confirmed number of guests will be the number that is catered for and this is the number of guests that you will be charged for, any additional guests on the night will be charged for accordingly. Payment Payment for your function will be payable prior to the commencement of your function, failure to pay by the conclusion of your function will result in your credit card being debited for the full amount of the account. Payment by invoice or cheque must be arranged prior to your function. This term and condition is addressed and confirmed by signing the function confirmation form and supplying credit card details. Cancellation A cancellation fee will apply to functions cancelled within 4 months of the event date. The deposit paid will be applied as a cancellation fee and therefore become non–refundable. Damage and Cleaning Costs The full cost of any damages incurred to the property and any costs incurred above the regular cleaning schedule of STILTS by the function and or any of the attendees, is the financial responsibility of the person(s) who have provided the credit card details. Noise Restrictions In agreement with Broadwater Beach Resort all “live” music must stop by 11pm. House music is available but must remain at a level deemed non intrusive to resort guests Licensing Agreement In compliance with local liquor license regulations all guests must depart the premises by 12:00 midnight, failure to do so may result in additional charges and fees. Our staff must abide by the rules of Responsible Service of Alcohol and we reserve the right to cease service to any guest.
