ASF-60G fryer with and ASF-60DS dump station
The Alto-Shaam fryer/dump station batteries combine up to four (4) ASF-60 fryers and/or dump stations in one bank. The battery also includes an oil filtration system on the left side. The fryer, dump station, and utility cabinets are constructed of stainless steel and feature front- and rear-mounted, heavy duty leveling casters. The 11 gauge stainless steel fry tank holds 62 pounds (28 kg) of frying compound. Two fry baskets and a cleaning brush set are included with each fryer. The fryers have a temperature range of 200°F to 385°F (93°C to 196°C). The ASF-60DS dump stations feature an overhead infrared heating element that is controlled with one (1) ON/OFF power switch. The dump station holding well includes a removable screen grid insert to collect crumbs and small bits of product in a removable 11" x 14" x 4" (279 x 356 x 120mm) catch pan located behind the door. Fryer Battery, Gas FACTORY INSTALLED OPTIONS Create a battery of ASF-60G fryers, ASF-60DS dump stations, or ASF-60UC utility cabinets in any combination of up to four (4). Must order a minimum of two units. Units sold separately. * ASF-60B, 2G, 1DS, 1G would mean that the battery includes 2 gas fryers on the farthest left side, then one dump station, followed by another gas fryer.
