Single copies are available on the day of issue at various prices according to size, and they are also provided at no extra charge with weekly General issues. (2) The Pharmaceutical Benefits referred to in this Determination shall be those contained in the Schedule attached to this Determination. (3) A medical practitioner is authorised for the purposes of Section 93 of the Act, to supply any of the pharmaceutical benefits obtained by him, or by another medical practitioner for whom he is temporarily acting as a locum, in pursuance to this Determination. (4) Subject to this Determination, the maximum quantity or number of units of a pharmaceutical benefit that may be obtained by a medical practitioner in any one month for the purpose of Section 93 of the Act is the number or quantity specified in the Schedule to this Determination in relation to the pharmaceutical benefit. (5) Where a medical practitioner has obtained a pharmaceutical benefit for the purpose of Section 93 of the Act, he is not entitled to obtain a further quantity or number of units of that pharmaceutical benefit for that purpose while he has in his possession a quantity or number of units of the pharmaceutical benefits obtained by him equal to or greater than the maximum quantity or number of units allowed for the pharmaceutical benefit by the last preceding clause. (6) A medical practitioner is not entitled to obtain a pharmaceutical benefit for the purpose of Section 93 of the Act more often than twice in any two months. U CAVANAGH Minister of State for Police and Customs 2 Customs Customs Act 1901-1975 Customs Tariff 1966-1974 SCHEDULE 2 By-law No. S2448 1, JAMES LUKE CAVANAGH, Minister of State for Police and Customs, in pursuance of the powers conferred on me by Part XVI. of the Customs Act 19011975, and all other enabling powers, hereby make the by-law set out in the Schedule hereto. In a by-law set out in the Schedule hereto a reference to: (a) an item; (b) a sub-item; (c) a paragraph; or (d) a sub-paragraph shall be read as a reference to that item, sub-item, paragraph or sub-paragraph as the case may be in Part II of Schedule 1 to the Customs Tariff 1966-1974 as altered or proposed to be altered. Unless the context otherwise requires, where a description of goods is specified in a by-law set out in the Schedule hereto, the goods that fall within that bylaw by virtue of that description are such goods as would fall within that description if it were specified in the tariff classification in Part II of Schedule 1 to the Customs Tariff 1966-1974 as altered or proposed to be altered that applies to those goods. Unless the context otherwise requires, any word or phrase used in a reference in a by-law set out in the Schedule hereto has the same meaning as if it were used in the tariff classification in Paj-t II of Schedule 1 to the Customs Tariff 1966-1974 as altered or proposed to be altered that applies to those goods to which that reference in the by-law applies. THE SCHEDULE By-law No. S2448 Item No. 25 Schedule 2 1. This by-law may be cited as Customs By-law No. S2448. 2. This by-law shall take effect on and from 12 August 1975. 3. Item 25 in Schedule 2 to the Customs Tariff 19661974 as altered or proposed to be altered applies to goods, being goods to which a tariff classification set out in the Table hereunder applies.
