WKO Lite Fitness Plan The WKO Lite fitness plan is for the person that wants to improve their overall fitness, from improving their endurance and stamina to increasing their ability to go up hills and do short bursts of effort. The fitness plan includes 45 minutes of total workout time. You can increase or decrease your workout time if you like. Your best 20 minute power in yellow above is your best average wattage for 20 minutes for each workout. The higher the watts, the fitter you are. Same for best 20 minute heart rate, this will show your highest heart rate sustained for a 20 minute period. This chart is particularly useful in recognizing your fitness improvements. When you relate it to heart rate, as you become more and more fit, you’ll see your average watts go up, and the average heart rate come down. If you miss a workout, don’t try to make it up, just go to the next workout 3. If you can’t do the recommended intensity, then reduce your watts on the g-force bike. If you push yourself a little more each time, you will improve. 4. Stay cool and hydrated. Use a fan and have a water bottle handy - you should drink at least 30 ounces of water in an hour workout. WKO Lite Weight Loss Plan The WKO Lite weight loss plan is for the person that is ready to boost their metabolism, burn more calories than before and start lowering their body fat percentage. This plan is designed as a 30 minute workout; however, if you have more time you can stimulate your metabolism even more! Lose Weight And Keep It Off This chart will help you understand how your weight fluctuates weekly and quickly allow you to see any weight loss or increase. The average heart rate will also help you to understand the intensity of your workouts. The Key to Weight Loss The Key To Weight Loss Track Your Results Your LeMond g-force bike gives you feedback on both wattage and heart rate as you exercise, which are both important components of a peak performance training program. Wattage (power) is a better training tool as it is an absolute measure of work. Your heart rate only tells you how fast your heart is pumping, not how hard you are working. Since your g-force bike lets you measure power (watts), this is a more important factor to monitor when training. Heart rate, while still important, becomes a secondary measure. WKO Lite Peak Performance Plan The WKO Lite performance plan is for the person already at a good level of fitness who is ready to start working out at a higher intensity. Each of these workouts are designed to be done in 1 hour. Again, you can increase or decrease this workout depending on how much time you have and your workout goals. The green bars are a cumulative ‘stress score’ for each workout. Each time you ride, your body accumulates a certain level of training stress.
