APOLLO floor model fryers are a 3, 4, or 5 tube fryer in 35-40, 45-50, and 65-70 pound capacities. The fry tank is a pressure tested and peen blasted for smooth surface, all stainless steel tank with an efficient high heat baffle system, cool zone and a 1 1/4" full port drain valve. The front, door, and sides are all stainless steel. Door is frame supported for extra strength with magnet latch and recessed door handle. Two fry baskets are included with plastic coated handles. One milivolt thermostat allows a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees F. A backup safety high limit control shuts the fryer down if shortening exceeds the maximum temperatue. Robert Shaw thermostat, gas valve and high limit. Warranty is one year parts and labor. Fryer will be repalced if manufacture defect of fryer tank is found during the warranty period.
