GEM-100L Liquid-Cooled RF-Excited OEM Industrial CO2 Laser A Diamond™ Family Laser
The GEM-100L Advantage
FEATURES
The RF-excited GEM™-100L OEM/Industrial Laser brings exceptional beam quality and superior amplitude stability to the OEM/Industrial user in a super-compact package. In harsh environments where there are high dust and particulate levels, liquid cooling offers stable, robust operation.
• Outstanding beam quality and stability
The GEM-100L features an efficient folded-resonator design contained within an all-metal housing. It’s a structural approach that gives the GEM-100L its outstanding beam quality and stability. Metal seals assure both long operational and shelf lifetimes. It is a robust and field-proven product.
• Highly compact and lightweight, two-piece package • All-metal seals for long life
The RF power supply is connected to the laser head by an industrial-quality, triple-shielded RF cable. Custom lengths are available upon request. All laser heads, RF supplies and cables are interchangeable.
• Low-cost OEM configuration
All control and monitoring signals are accessed through a 15-pin D-connector located on the front panel of the RF supply.
• Interchangeable laser heads and RF supplies
The superior performance of the GEM-100L laser is demonstrated in the high output per unit volume obtained with patent-protected technology.
• Linear polarization • Wide operating power range • Fast rise/fall time • Up to 100% duty cycle operation
