SUGGESTED SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONVEYOR MODEL TM-GR
Gravity Roller Conveyor to be SOUTHERN ENGINEERING SYSTEMS by Duke Mfg Co., model TM-GR, NSF approved commercial kitchen conveyor. Conveyor to have full width 1.9” diameter PVC Rollers with non-corrosive bearings and stainless steel shafts, mounted on 4” centers in removable, stainless steel channel frames. Conveyor Bed to be constructed on #14 gauge, 300 series stainless steel with square channel rim on both sides and flat ends notched for easy tray removal. Polish stainless steel to a #3 finish. Conveyor supported by 1-5/8” 16gauge stainless steel tubing Legs with welded stainless steel cross rails. Leg frames fitted into enclosed, round stainless steel gussets welded to stainless steel channel braces and fitted with stainless steel adjustable bullet feet. Optional UL Listed Electrical Raceway constructed of 16 gauge, 300 series stainless steel with #3 finish. Raceway furnished with removable top cover and fitted with properly sized receptacles and stainless steel face plates, pre-wired to a panel box at the end of the conveyor. Panel box to be housed in stainless steel enclosure fitted with hinged, locking, 18 gauge stainless steel door. Conveyor shall be NSF approved. Equipment built in an ISO 9001:2000 approved manufacturing
facility.

The Roller conveyors provide a cost effective alternative to motorized tray make-up conveyors for tray feeding or banquet plating operations. All roller assemblies are fabricated in individual lift out frame assemblies for easy cleaning and dropped into a full stainless steel pan. Roller conveyor are available in stationary and portable floor models, wall mount or table top mount options.
