User Interface GR-91 provides 2-wire digital UART port for communication of GPS position data using NMEA protocol or extension protocol. UART port is capable of 4800 to 115200 baud rate. 5.1 NMEA Protocol GR-91 is default to support standard NMEA-0183 protocol. In addition, a series of SiRF extensions have been developed that can be used to provide extended capabilities common to many applications. We strongly recommend that this module should be designed to mount on top side of motherboard with main chip together which process the final reflow. 2.
