Transmitter kit adapts to Gyrocam’s full line of camera products
GyroLink is an integrated tactical data link used to transmit and receive real-time full motion video from deployed Gyrocam® sensor systems. Developed as a configurable component of Lockheed Martin Gyrocam Systems (LMGS) equipment, GyroLink is fully compatible with the Gyrocam product portfolio as a bolt-on system that transmits and receives encrypted full motion video from Gyrocam-equipped platforms over tactically significant distances. With a design that leverages military-tested commercial components, GyroLink offers the end user robust performance at reduced acquisition and sustainment costs. The GyroLink system delivers real-time full motion video transmission capabilities to security vehicles, maritime vessels and airborne surveillance platforms. With high operational reliability in the harshest of environments and terrain, Gyrocam’s video transmission system allows all equipped receiver platforms to view imagery from multiple GyroLink-equipped cameras, which provides significantly enhanced surveillance and security.
