Everything about the H56 is perfectly balanced providing pictures superior to those you would see at the cinema. Magical picture quality Magical picture quality comes from a number of innovative features, including a massive Contrast Ratio of 2000:1, enabling the most demanding dark and shade detail, astounding depth of field, with vibrant natural rich colour for stunning, lifelike images. Brilliant and Exhilarating High brightness level of 1000 lumens is considered the optimum for home cinema, suitable for dark and near-dark rooms without creating excessive light reflection, resulting in a stunning crystal clear picture. Widescreen 16:9 PAL The H56 is optimised for widescreen (16:9) viewing of European DVD and TV (PAL and SECAM). Native PAL mode ensures the resolution is exactly matched, pixel by pixel, to the resolution of the projector - increasing detail and image quality. Quiet As you would expect the H56 is also very quiet, with a near silent operational noise level below 32db.

European Optimised Widescreen The H56 is optimised for Widescreen (16:9) viewing of European DVD and TV (PAL and SECAM). A special Native mode ensures that the 576 line resolution of the source is exactly matched, pixel by pixel, to the 576 vertical resolution of the projector. Exact matching to PAL and European widescreen resolution avoids reducing detail and scaling artifacts that might blur the picture, giving you the ultimate in image quality.
