keep it for future reference. This appliance is for household use only. Please use suitable power source (220-240V~, 50/60Hz). Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. Do not use the appliance under direct sunshine. Please turn off the appliance when not in use otherwise it may result in danger. Please turn off the appliance and unplug the socket when unattended otherwise it may result in danger. Keep the appliance away from children. The appliance is not intended for used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. With any indication of malfunction (including power cord), please stop using the appliance immediately to avoid hazard. Take it to the authorized service center for repair. Do not attempt to repair or change any parts by yourself. Please turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning or maintenance. Clean the surface of the appliance with dry cloth. Do not use corrosive detergent or solvent to clean. Do not swash the appliance with water. Please turn off and unplug the appliance when not in use, make sure the power is off before pulling out the plug and do not pull the cord. When the appliance is not in use for a prolonged period, please turn it off, unplug it, pack it well and store it in dry cool place. Forbid to put flammable and explosive objects around the appliance, and do not use the appliance in an environment full of flammable gas and powder. Keep away from any fire and heat sources. Please put the power cord in the right place in order to avoid tripping the appliance over. Please operate the appliance on a firm and level desk or floor. Please be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the glass jar and during cleaning. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning. Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision. Please switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION Before first use
Unpack the blender.
Clean the motor unit with a dry cloth, never immerse it in water or place it under running water.
Wash the blending accessories in warm water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Switch off and unplug the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts.
Caution: Wash with care. The blades are very sharp. Never touch the blades with your finger.
A.
Hand Blender
The hand blender is designed to prepare food, e.g. soups, chocolate mousse, and etc. 1.
Insert the blender shaft into the motor unit until it is locked.
2.
Plug in the hand blender.
3.
Place the blender shaft into the food needed to be blended.
4.
Press the On / Off switch, the blender will start rotating.
5.
Turn the speed control to adjust the speed of the blender.
6.
The blender will be stopped when the On / Off switch is released.
7.
Unplug the motor unit and press the locking switch to remove the blender shaft after use.
8.
The hand blender can be used with a beaker or a saucepan.
Caution: Never use the appliance in a bowl or a saucepan while cooking. B.
Whisk
The whisk is designed for whipping cream, beating egg whites, mixing sponges, and ready-mix desserts. 1.
Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
2.
Insert the whisk gear box into the motor unit until it is locked.
3.
Plug in the hand blender.
4.
Place the whisk into the food needed to be whisked.
5.
Press the On / Off switch, the whisk will start rotating.
6.
Turn the speed control to adjust the speed of the whisk.
7.
The whisk will be stopped when the On / Off switch is released.
8.
Unplug the motor unit and press the locking switch to remove the whisk gear box after use.
9.
The whisk can be used with a beaker or a saucepan.
Caution: Never use the appliance in a bowl or a saucepan while cooking. For best result:
Use a wide vessel. Only whisk 400ml chilled cream at most (min. 30% fat content, 4-8ºc). Only whisk 4 egg whites at most. Only whisk 1 minute at most. Move the whisk clockwise.

Chopper
The chopper is designed for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, prunes, and etc. Note: Do not chop extremely hard food, such as nutmeg, coffee beans, grains, and etc. Before chopping
Pre-cut meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, and etc. Remove stalks from herbs, unshelled nuts. Remove bones, tendons and gristle from meat.
I.
With Chopper Blade
1.
Remove the plastic cover from the chopper blade carefully. Caution: The chopper blade is very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
2.
Place the chopper blade on the centre pin of the chopper bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
3.
Place the food into the chopper bowl.
4.
Put the chopper gear box on the chopper blade.
5.
Insert the chopper gear box into the motor unit until it is locked.
6.
Plug in the hand blender.
7.
Press the On / Off switch, the chopper blade will start rotating.
8.
Turn the speed control to adjust the speed of the chopper blade.
9.
During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other hand.
10.
The chopper blade will be stopped when the On / Off switch is released.
11.
Unplug and remove the motor unit after use.
12.
Remove the chopper gear box and take out the chopper blade carefully.
13.
Remove the processed food from the chopper bowl.
II. With Ice Blade 1.
Place the ice blade on the centre pin of the ice crusher bowl and put it into the chopper bowl. Always place the chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.
2.
Place ice into the ice crusher bowl.
3.
Put the chopper gear box on the ice crusher blade.
4.
Insert the chopper gear box into the motor unit until it is locked.
5.
Plug in the hand blender.
6.
Press the On / Off switch, the ice blade will start rotating.
7.
Turn the speed control to adjust the speed of the ice blade.
8.
During processing, hold the motor unit with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other hand.
9.
The ice blade will be stopped when the On / Off switch is released.
10. Unplug and remove the motor unit after use. 11. Remove the chopper gear box and take out the ice blade carefully. 12. Remove ice from the ice crusher bowl.

Note: 1.
As this appliance has a higher power than common hand blender, it takes shorter period to process food. For example, this appliance only need 5-10 seconds to process300g soya bean (soaked in water for 3 hours first) + 600ml water with maximum power.

The appliance must be cooled down to room temperature before using it again.
3.
Do not process more then 1 batch without interruption. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTION Note: Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning and maintenance. To maintain the hand blender in best quality, always clean the blending accessories every time after use. 1.
Unplug the hand blender.
2.
Remove the blending accessories.
3.
Clean the blending accessories, beaker and bowl with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
4.
Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
5.
Put the hand blender in a safe place.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
The hand blender is not working. -
Check if the plug is in the socket and the switch is in the ‘on’ position.
-
The removable blender accessories have not been fitted correctly. Unscrew and re-assemble the accessories.
The hand blender gets very hot after maximum speed operation. -
The hand blender has been used for long time continuously. Left the hand blender cool down to room temperature before using it again.

5. To prevent circuit overload and fire, no more than one adaptor or one extension unit should be inserted into a socket outlet. (Do not connect other appliances to the socket outlet supplying an electric heater.) No adaptor should be inserted into any extension unit or vice versa. 6.
Stop using an adaptor or an extension unit or a socket if its socket holes cannot firmly hold a plug if it is too hard to insert a plug into it.

This appliance must be plugged into a specific 220V socket. Please make sure the plug is fully plugged-in before use. Do not use any adapter or extension cord; Never use the same supply socket for this appliance and other appliances at the same time, in order to avoid damage to this appliance.
