Install 2 “AAA” Alkaline batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings. Replace the battery cover. Operation ON/OFF/Volume: 1. Use the VOLUME switch on the side of the radio to turn ON or Turn OFF the radio. 2. The Power Indicator Light will activate when radio is powered on. 3. Use the VOLUME switch to adjust the volume when radio is on. Select NOAA Weather Band Channel: Move the AM, WB, FM selector on the side of the radio to WB (weather band). Use the Tuning wheel on the side, to select the NOAA weather band channel with the best reception. Refer to the channels printed on the front of the radio around the tuning dial where it says CH1-CH7 Radio receives 7 weather band (WB) frequencies: Note: You may not receive all frequencies in your area. Channel 1: 162.400MHz Channel 5: 162.500MHz Channel 2: 162.425MHz Channel 6: 162.525MHz Channel 3: 162.450MHz Channel 7: 162.550MHz Channel 4: 162.475MHz Note: The volume automatically reduces while receiving the NOAA weather band channels. Use the VOLUME switch to adjust the volume. Tune AM/FM Radio: • Move the AM, WB, FM selector to AM or FM. • Use the TUNING wheel to select an AM/FM station. Telescoping Antenna: Fully extend the telescoping antenna and place near a window to receive a steady strong signal and avoid broken or noisy reception. White LED Flashlight: • Hold the LIGHT button to power on the white LED light. • The light will show only when the LIGHT button is held. • Release the LIGHT button to turn the light off. 809-905 www.lacrosseclock.com/support pg. 2 Earphones: Plug in a set of 3.5mm earphones (not included) into the 3.5mm EARPHONE jack to privately listen to the radio. Replace all batteries in a set at the same time. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Ensure the batteries are installed with correct polarity (+and -). Remove batteries from equipment which is not to be used for an extended period of time. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Enclose a detailed, written or typed description of the problem. CONTACT INFORMATION: Enclose a typed or clearly printed name, address, and phone number where you can be contacted during the day (M-F). PREPAID / INSURED / TRACEABLE CARRIER: Ship the package with the contents listed above, prepaid and insured by way of a traceable carrier (to avoid loss in transit). Manufacturer is not responsible for units not received if the package has not been properly insured.
