Hanging Instructions Nimbus Solar WNS109 a p p l i c at i o n We recommend a mixture of Roman® 880 and Roman® 838 or equivalent adhesive. Do not over-saturate the wallcovering. If a painted wall is used behind this open-work pattern, it is important to use a high quality latex paint. Allow the paint to dry completely and cure for at least 24 hours before adhering the wallcovering. Clean all residual glue off your work surface and tools before cutting and hanging additional panels. We recommend watching the installation video for this product due to the specialty technique. Lay down a brown paper or plastic liner. You will paste and cut the wallcovering directly on top of this liner. Please note for this installation technique you will cut the material and lining paper together. Cut wallcovering and liner paper cleanly, using a straight edge and new blade for each cut. Take care not to overwork the material. Carefully lift wallcovering and liner paper from work table and prepare to apply to wall. Apply wallcovering and liner paper to the wall using even strokes and moderate pressure. Trim excess material with a straight edge and fresh blade. Carefully peel back the liner from wallcovering. It might ease this process to wet the liner paper beforehand. Wash off excess glue from the face of the wallcovering using a soft brush or sponge and press seams together as needed. This pattern does not sidematch. During installation, line up the seams at eye level and allow the top and bottom of the wallcovering to shift if necessary. Depending on the repeat, trimming & butting or a double cut might be necessary to match at seams. To prevent oxidation and color alteration of the surface, do not over-saturate the wallcovering.

Always make sure the surface you are hanging on has been properly prepared. Walls should be clean, smooth, dry and structurally sound. Repair any holes or flaws in the walls prior to installing wallcovering. Make sure your tools, hands and workspace are always clean. Please handle with care, never crease the wallcovering and avoid touching the face. We recommend priming walls before installing the wallcovering using Zinsser® Shieldz® or equivalent. Do not hang wallcovering directly on an oil-based primer. Always apply an even coat of paste to either the wall or the back of the wallcovering. If you choose to apply the paste directly to the back of the wallcovering, handle with care during installation. Always use a new blade for each cut and take care not to overwork or stretch seams. After installing a maximum of three sheets, inspect application. If satisfactory, continue. If not, discontinue and contact your local sales representative.
