Overview Effective December 31, 2009, IBM® will withdraw from marketing the following TM IBM System Storage selected models and features for AAS: • IBM 3494 Enterprise Tape Library models D22 and D24 and selected features • IBM 3589 Ultrium Tape Cartridges models 028 and 029 • IBM 3592 Silo Compatible Tape Drive Frame model C20 and selected features • IBM 3599 Tape Cartridges models 024, 025, and 026 • IBM 3494 Virtual Tape Server selected features • IBM 3581 Ultrium Tape Autoloader selected features • IBM 3582 Ultrium Tape Library selected features • IBM 3583 Ultrium Scalable Tape Library selected features • IBM 3590 Enterprise Tape Drive selected features • IBM 3592 Enterprise Tape Controller selected features • IBM TS1120 Tape Controller selected features • IBM TS2230/TS2240/TS2340 Tape Drives selected features • IBM TS2900 Tape Autoloader features • IBM TS3100 Tape Library selected features • IBM TS3200 Tape Library models and selected features • IBM TS3310 Tape Library selected features • IBM TS3500 Tape Library selected features • IBM TS7700 Virtualization EngineTM selected features On or after December 31, 2009, you can no longer order these products directly from IBM.
