One of the Fuses might have blown. There are two different fuses in the HAWM. The first one is located under the main power plug-in. The second one is located inside the HAWM Is the issue resolved? Yes Issue Resolved No Ensure that the Voltage Selection Switch on the HAWM is set according to the Voltage of Your Country (115V AC or 230V AC). Ensure that the main Power Switch beside the Voltage Selection switch is in the ON Position Is the Issue Resolved? Yes Issue Resolved No This unit is likely defective. Removing HAWM From the Mount Contact Support Back Home Removing the HAWM From the Mount How is your HAWM Mounted? On a Mobile Floor Stand Wall Mounted 1. Disconnect Power to the HAWM 1. Disconnect power to the HAWM 2. Remove your SMART Board and Projector from the HAWM 2. Remove your SMART Board and Projector from the HAWM 3. Remove the 7 screws from the bottom of the HAWM using a 3mm Allen Key 3. Remove the 7 screws from the bottom of the HAWM using a 3mm Allen Key 4. The bottom Cover should come off now Note: If the 3mm Allen Key strips the socket head of the screw it is also possible to use a drill to remove these screws 4. The bottom Cover should now come off 5. Reach up inside the HAWM to access the mounting screws (3 of them). Use a 3mm Allen Key to remove the screws 5. Reach up inside the HAWM to access the mounting screws (3 of them). Use a Stubby Philips Screwdriver to remove the screws 6. Lift up and remove your HAWM from the Mobile Floor Stand. 6. Check the IEC Fuse at the AC Power Plug-In. Is the Fuse intact? No Issue Resolved Yes A continuity test will be required to find out. Yes Unplug Power and then replace the Fuse with a replacement.
