Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with flammable propellant in this appliance. 1 Attention: The refrigerator must be disconnected from the source of electrical supply before attempting to install the accessory. Do not use mechanical appliances or other methods to accelerate the defrosting process, except for those recommended by the manufacturer. Do not use electrical appliances in the food storage compartments. The r124a refrigerant and cyclopentane foaming material used in the refrigerator are inflammable. All waste and discarded refrigerators shall be placed away from naked fire. 2 How to Use Suggestions of Storage Areas for Different Kinds of Food You need to get a good knowledge of all safety precautions and ensure that your refrigerator has been placed properly in its final position before using it. 8 5 Unpacking Install the decorative cover for the bottom beam onto your refrigeration after unpacking. You may adjust the front legs to level your refrigerator. 1 Installation Remove all packaging materials before using the new refrigerator. This includes the foam base and all adhesive tape holding the refrigeration accessories. It is recommended that you wipe all interior and exterior surfaces of the refrigerator with mild detergent and then wipe dry with a soft cloth prior to first use. 2 Use an independent two-pole socket for your refrigerator. Do not plus several appliances into the same power receptacle as this can cause overheating and fire. Install the decorative cover for bottom beam onto your refrigerator after unpacking. Use the three screws from the packing bag to install the beam, as shown by the schematic diagram below. The decorative cover is simply used as an ornament, so you can choose not to install it. Doing so would not affect the refrigerator’s performance or conditions. 2 7 3 This unit is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire and a grounding plug which must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded. Your refrigerator will enter the ex-factory default state after connecting it to the power supply and it will display target temperatures for the refrigerator and freezer compartments. 6 3 7 4 5 4 7 Setting the Work Modes of your Refrigerator You can set your refrigerator in 2 ways: Auto Mode If you have no special requirements, it is advisable that you choose this mode. When the refrigerator is in this mode, it automatically uses the most efficient energy source that is available for operation. Manual Mode This mode enables you to set the temperature by pressing the temperature adjustment key. Storing Food in your Refrigerator You can store food in your refrigerator once your unit has already fully cooled its interior compartments. Tips: the interior temperature may require a certain period of time to reach a balance if the temperature setting is changed or other types of food are stored in the refrigerator. Such a period of time is dependent on the change in the temperature setting, the surrounding temperature, opening frequency, the amount of stored goods etc. 3 Store pasta, canned milk, etc. Store eggs, butter, cheese, etc. Store fast food, easy-string together Store easy-open tin can, canned, spices, etc. Store cooked meat and sausage, etc. Store all kinds of bottled drinks and food Store fruits and vegetables, etc. Thermostat Control Refrigerator Compartment Though the temperature-adjustable device could keep most of the interior temperature at an average of 2-8°C, it cannot guarantee the preservation or freshness of food for a long time. Freezer TEMP.: “Press “FRZ” to adjust the temperature of the freezer. Press again to select the level of coldness that suits your personal preference. Note: Moving the LED light to the left makes the compartment colder. Moving the LED light to the right makes the compartment warmer. Refrigerator TEMP.: Press “REF.” to adjust the temperature of the refrigerator. Press again to select the level of coolness that suits your personal preference. Note: Moving the LED light to the left makes the compartment cooler. Moving the LED light to the right makes the compartment warmer. 6 1 Adjustment of Shelf The shelves can be adjusted to different heights, removed or re-installed To do this: 1 Please pull the glass shelf in the direction 1 and whirl it in the direction 2 at the same time until it is perpendicular to the original position, and then take it out at 90° in the direction 3. 3 2 1 Adjustment and Cleaning of Door Tray Hold two sides of the tray, lift it up in the ① direction, and pull it out in the direction ②. Optical wave to keep the food fresh Some models have optical-wave lamps to maintain the photosynthesis of fruit and vegetables, prolong the growth period thus keeping food fresh longer. Shutdown When the refrigerator isn't used for a long period: Pull out the power cable to avoid damaging the cable, causing fire and other accidents. Clean the space inside the refrigerator. Open the door for a period for drying, close the door with a gap left to avoid unpleasant odor. Power Outage Reduce the times of door opening during power outage. Don't put fresh food inside the refrigerator anymore. Disposal When you discard an unused refrigerator, take off the doors to avoid accidentally locking children inside the refrigerator. Leave the shelves in place so that children may not easily climb inside Light Bulb Replacement Specification: direct current 12v, LED Lamp Base Unplug the refrigerator before replacing the light bulb. As per the photo, remove the lamp shade and unscrew the bulbs. Replace with new bulbs. Lamp If your refrigerator continues to malfunction, have it attended by authorized service technicians as soon as possible. Let hot food cool to room temperature before placing them in the refrigerator Overloading the appliance forces the compressor to run longer. Buy only the amount you will use within the recommended storage time. Be sure to wrap the food properly, and wipe the containers dry before placing them inside the refrigerator. This cuts down on frost build-up inside the appliance. Appliance storage bin should not be lined with aluminum foil, wax paper, or paper towels. Normal Phenomena not Regarded as Malfunctioning The refrigerant inside the capillary tubes of the refrigerator flow in high speed and might have a few amount of bubbles. Hence, irregular noises might appear at the outlet. When the air humidity is excessively high, moisture or water droplets might appear on the surface of the refrigerator's door.
