Headend Systems Nexus Model UC-2000 Up-Converter The Nexus UC-2000 is designed to convert IF signals to standard RF channels where exceptional performance, efficiency, and reliability are required for fiber optic distribution systems. DESCRIPTION The Nexus UC-2000 upconverter converts composite television IF signals to fixed television channels. It delivers output signals with virtually no degradation from the original IF signal. One UC-2000 chassis can contain two fixed channel upconverters that are available from 50 MHz to 1 GHz. The UC-2000 is fully compatible with TM the IH-2000 Intelligent Headend status monitoring system.
