Blackboard Collaborate Sessions TtEDSC Presentation Room Session Requirements – Preparing for session • • Desktop users: Please install the “Collaborate Launcher” program. This will only need to be done once. Joining the actual session At the actual date and time of your registered webinar session (please join at least 5 minutes before), please access the following link. After entering your name for login open the “Collab” file that will appear: Chrome Browser In bottom left corner. Click it. Internet Explorer Bottom of screen. Click “open” Select connection type on this screen. It will probably be “LAN” if at school or work When you first enter the system you will need to check the system is seeing your microphone, speakers & camera. On the left of screen you will see a collection of three windows arranged vertically. Please access the drop down menu in the top right of the top window called “AUDIO & VIDEO”. Select your devices or alternatively use the Audio Setup Wizard. See following diagram.
